Truist Taft St, Pembroke Pines

They wouldn’t serve me because they are closing soon. I’ve already been to two branches in the area. This is extremely inconvenient. I have a money market account and can only be helped by a rep

So far, I have zero complaints. I broke up with Wells Fargo and couldn't be happier. The service is great, online platform is the best I've seen from a bank in a long time. Love it.

Suntrust is a fantastic bank. However, this particular branch will disclose your account balance out loud and the teller’s English isn’t very good. They are not very friendly. Would not recommend.

Bank is completely closed except for advance appointments

I googled Truist and brought me to this location and I get here and it’s closed that’s wrong. It says on the website it’s open until 4 o’clock

This bank is a sham. They let people cash my checks after I closed my account due to fraud. They let the thief's continue to use my information and I know it's a inside job. They haven't gave my money back after a month,I am a single mother

They were courteous and helpful but used the wrong ink on a medallion signature guarantee so it was rejected and the whole process has to be redone. I am from out of the area so it's back to as if nothing was ever done.

Always helpful, pleasant bilingual staff, go above and beyond in customer service. Great place to bank.
