BBT and now Truist, horrible service, sometimes no drive thru, super slow inside. Stay away. I will give them a cero. Thanks God they are not a hospital because you will be death waiting for any basic service.

Can someone recommend a bank where they answer calls? Trying to communicate by phone with Truist, waiting more than an hour, what a lack of respect for customers!!!!

Bad customer service. Incredibly slow. I just opened the account and there's issues already. Will be closing it on Monday.

Nice customer service. An error has never been made with my account. The space feels somewhat outdated and they can use some more tellers on busy hours.

I've work at PNC...I promise the clerks here have the worst hospitality and attitudes towards customers. This isn't the federal reserve you know. Last year 1 good day of service for the year.

Not very friendly or helpful. I visited this location multiple times and I have never had a good experience. Today I waited in line to speak with someone, when I got to the agent I was told I needed to speak with another individual. There was no sign in sheet, so I politely said excuse me is there a sign in sheet that I can place my name on? She stated she would need to print one out and proceeded to pull a blank sheet out of the printer so that I can place my name on the list. As positioning the paper, she tells me that I would be after a person who had just walked in and spoke to her. I stated I had been waiting in line, why would I be placed after someone else. Her response was "well he just spoke to me so you guys will have to figure it out". At that point I left and visited a other location. Nonetheless I haven't been satisfied with BB&T's banking practices since opening my account and will mostly be finding another institution to bank with. On multiple occasions, I have been given inaccurate information, been bounced around between customer service and the local branches, informed my account was setup incorrectly, informed I have had profiles/account that I did not have and more. I'm beyond frustrated with them at this point because they do not follow through on anything. I'm still waiting on a response from an escalated issue that should have been updated within 2 business days. It has now been over a week with me following up and still no resolution. I went back to bank again about the same issue and to no surprise I'm was given different information, despite the fact each agent seems to be oblivious to what's actually going on.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE MOVING MY ACCOUNT

This bank was very unhelpful. I have been banking with them for years. But I won't be anymore. I was in a situation and they were unwilling to help. I will go to a bank that takes care of their customers
