Made a Payment arrangement with them on the 15th of March for payment to be made no later than the 23rd of March. I know it was due on the 2nd but my father passed away and honestly that was the last thing on my mind told the lady ill be gone from the 17th to the 21st. She told me to just make the payment before the 31st or definitely before the 2nd. Only to wake up to my car repoed by embassy loans then they charged me payout fee off $1070.28 when i only had $567.38 left on my loan. As you can see i never missed a payment. This place is money hungry!!!

Worst place for car title loans biggest ripoff they want 1000 for a 500 loan 1500 there should be a law against these places they need to be shut down they advertise no credit check lies everything about this place is a con job stay away from all title loans worst place in fl.

I'm a inspection site for Embassy Loans. There are a lot of great people that work there, but I'm posting today regarding my experience with Monique. She's an experienced employee and I always enjoy working with her. I like that she communicates effectively. I also like how she explains everything completely and in an easy way to understand to the clients. I heard her speaking with a client today and she encourages them to chime in at any time if they need something explained. Ivan made for me the application process smoth he was professional ,and patience I feel like talking with one of my son's he spoke in Spanish and made me feel more secure ,I can made anyone crazy with so many question and Ivan never lost his patience with me he was so sweet and professional always ,I will said you have in him someone that represent Embassy Loan very well

They’re very outdated don’t waste your time applying for a loan they ask for documents over and over a waste of time now strangers have my personal documents they past it to agent after agent I wasted 3 weeks is not 24hours how they claim the under writing team is the worse and very difficult to work with they can’t comprehend the documents you have to explain it to them I swear any one can get a job without education I don’t think you can trust them with your personal information! the offer was 600.00 with putting a lien on my car 2015 jeep is new why only 600 with hidden fees also they charge a 400.00 insurance fee for paying monthly insurance talk about greedy if you need a loan because you’re in need they try to charge a lot a of hidden fees which done make no sense to put you more in debt is not worth it you can lose your Vehicle you better off with a legit title company with no hidden fees and By the time you get a approval you will make the money else where! The loan came up to 1100 and that’s not including the 33.9 interest borrowing 600?! I will owe 1600.00 I still don’t understand charging a insurance fee I have full coverage I think the company a white collar crime who beating the system!
