I never thought I would be making a positive post about an experience at a Pawn Shop, but I've been having trouble finding a nice camera because of availability do to COVID. I found a great camera by calling People's Pawn and the experience was great. They gave me the time I needed and were all around helpful. I highly recommend them.

Came in today, looking to sell my beat headphones.. while trying to manage money during this COVID, Ed and Will were super helpful. Not only were they able to help me meet my quota on money for this item but they were super welcoming and made this experience smooth n simple. For it being my first time, I’d definitely come back to buy or sell.

I was very frustrated about my speaker port this morning. Scott and ray didn’t just help me fix the problem but also showed cool stuff about my device. These guys are awesome!! I would highly recommend anyone to visit these guys.

In detail: I was able to thoroughly inspect the guitar and to begin with accepted any and all offers with tremendous positive attitude. (This is very rare at Pawn Shops.). Walked in just looking, asked about the laptop selection and was shown what they had. I asked to power on the device so I could see a component, the device was dead so I requested the adapter. And I was asked "are you sure you gonna purchase it?". I (came, saw and money in hand) explained that if I could see it power up and if the device had what I needed I would purchase it without a doubt. The guy was still a little reluctant to go get the adapter. So I offered to go to my vehicle and research the device based on the limited information. While in the car I was able to find the same device due to Google search much cheaper and I was able to order it without the 21 questions. I don't know how they have remained in business treating potential customers like that. Maybe he didn't like my mask or trust my patronage.

Vic and Chase was absolutely amazing upon my visit to Peoples Pawn and Jewelry. Here’s why; from the immediate greeting, and pleasant accommodation, It was a good visit. What turned this from just a good visit to great one was the fact the the price I asked for, they worked with me and that was different. Cause usually paws shops just lowball you when selling and increase when you are buying.
