Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Somersville Rd, Antioch

The manager Florenda Bucannan needs a lesson in customer service. Her tellers ask her questions that she can’t answer. Was told to call customer service for an issue that can not be resolved over the phone. Extremely dissatisfied with the level of service from the manager.

CLOSE THIS BANK OF AMERICA ON SOMMERSVILLE RD!!!!!!! GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND RUN!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE & RACIST,, who HIRED THESES WORKERS?? Are they Related? I am CLOSING my ACCOUNT. Be Smart,, GO to Another BANK!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst BofA that I have ever been to. The branch manager had one person as a banker and only 2 tellers while there were 4 managers in the background just sitting down at their desks talking to each other and laughing and telling stories. There was a line that went all the way out side of the parking lot. These managers do not know how to be servant leaders. Instead they think that their job is to just stand around and look pretty. 2 of the 4 managers should have been helping as tellers and the other 2 managers should have been on standby for customer issues or operational issues instead of sitting at there desks having a good old time doing nothing. I will not be going back to that branch again.

For the third time, every time I want to cash out my check day won’t give the money cashed. The service manager white lady so racists, she wants to fool everyone by saying the system is down, all the time and our provider is different. Let me tell her: you not living like Afghanistan, the system down all the time. You are living in the Bay Area, that they have a reliable connection in the world and several back-ups, if you want to fool someone, goes fool you self beach

If u not have a count and trying cash a check dont even try this location they make u wait and wait and wait just because First the teller and the window said I can't cashed u have to go and check the check with the one of tbe executive and the desk and u have to wait for someone helping you and then after check u have to go back at the window to find out they can cashed because either the signature not mach on the system or some other exuse when the people on the desk check its good to cashed even they tell u its $8 dls. Fee for cashed if u have lucky to cashed

I have never been treated so badly at bank that I left in tears. My experience at this branch was awful. The tellers were rude. The manager was rude. I'm in disbelief that the manager of a bank would be so rude and nasty. Im not going to go into detail about my whole experience but I will say that I will never step for in this branch again. I left this branch with tears streaming down my face.

They have no regards of the people . They only have 1 teller working at the window waited over 45 mins just too get a money order too pay rent . Than when you ask they rude . LAST TIME COMING HERE GIVE IT 0.0 STAR

Worst service ever!!! Carolyn is cold and condescending. Need an appt to speak to anyone and their reservation system is broken. No other way to make an appt. When Carolyn was told of this she said we had to use the online system which she knows is broken. Then gave us the bum’s rush. If my parents hadn’t been banking there for 70 years I’d be out.

This is the slowest bank. There is a line of people wrapped around the building and only 2 tellers. Why are there not more ?? You either stand out in the heat or we will freeze in the winter. The staff are cold natured and snobby.

went to this Branch Alex Rios was very very unprofessional he turned us away without any options after saying that our check was fraud we were able to get help from someone else and she was able to cash the check after he embarrassed us. it was my niece first time Cashing her a paycheck and she is almost terrified to go into Banks now.
