THIS PLACE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I called on the phone about an item i wanted to trade in for cash. i was told to come in with it charged halfway and that they aren’t able to do a quote over the phone, which is perfectly fine. When i arrived at the place they told me that they can’t accept my item without a charger but the lady i spoke to on the phone told me i don’t need to bring anything except to have it half charged. I did just that and they are refusing service because of it

I went there with a Nintendo switch which is 325 at the store I had 15 games which are 60 dollars each and 2 controllers They literally told me they will give me 60 for all of it and I was only looking for a loan idk where the old people are but theses new people have no clue how to do business and just blatantly ripping people off

this place is literally the best!!! I get all my jewelry from here at amazing prices and when I need a loan they give me a fair price and make it easy for me to get out. the employees are one of a kind, always quick to greet me when I walk in. I cant say that for the other pawn shop in Vallejo.

The process was fast with clear fees posted. Nima streamlined the process and did not hard sell me ( haggle) which works for me. I like that I have time to pay it back, with more time if needed (fees incurred, but I’m aware of that upfront). My goal is to get my jewelry back. The place is clean and at least based on my experience, professional.

I went to renew my mothers items and recieved awesome customer service by Elva. It was such an easy and pleasant experience! I seriously thought I was going to have a headache since I hate going to pawn shops to renew but Elva made it so easy! I don't know what's up with all the bad reviews, seems it might all be the same person with a grudge since there's no name to the reviewer. Anyways when I went here I had a good experience, got what I asked for for my item and got it back at a later date with no issues. Another time I went they made a good offer on an item I was trying to sell. They have the biggest pawn shop with the most selection in Vallejo. I would recommend this place, or the one at the top of Springs Rd. Which is smaller

Best collateral place is amazing, even at a time when things are bad there’s still good people willing to take the time to help a person when they need it most. Big Mike and Vicky rock!!!
