California Check Cashing Stores Tennessee St, Vallejo

I just wanted to share my customer experience. I've been dealing with California Check Cashing for about30 or more years. They've always helped me out when I need to borrow a loan or cash my check before I even had and bake account. The only reason I'm giving them a one right now is because II was on my wayFor a serviceAnd was told I could take care of it over the phone but not told it would cost $55For not doing it in person. I literallyTold the repI was in the parking lotAnd should have been told about the feeSoSave $50 in my pocketBut was not.Always inform Andover inform your customers to keep them happy. One suggestionFor you guys.

Its a scam pretty much take they a decent amount out any check they cash and if you cash over $300 they try to put the rest on a insight card Insight is a scam they charge for purchase inquiry and everything else they can.ill never return and i dont recommend any of you deal with them if you can.open a bank account or a credit union account. And they told me they started that today so that didnt seem too legit but id hate to know the reason why if its not legit but its definitely not worth it in anyway

Went into this store with proper ID and payroll checks. The lady behind the counter was rude and they also gouge people 6% of the check as a fee. Avoid this building like the plague, the sonoma check cashing place is nearby and muuuuuuccchh nicer and helpful. Would give zero stars if possible.

I don't even want to give 1 star but in order to comment I had to. I understand you need to verify the check but Vernonia insinuated I made the personal check to myself. I don't need of be fraudulent. I work and make my money I stopped there because lines were long at the bank..now I remember which I stopped going there

I was able to come in and give my proof of letter recommendatio proof of letter recommendation that I had from my socia proof of letter recommendation that I had from my social security office and all I had to do was show them my rewards letter and I was able to receive a loan

Slow service and why do I need to show an ID and they make a copy of the ID for a $150 money order?

The Latina lady working there acted like she didn’t want to cash my check . I showed her my account and drivers license and everything ,she still didn’t want to cash my check . She acted like she didn’t want to do her job . Like what so hard about typing in information? Was she not trained to do her job?! I already have an account with them and have cashed my stimmys and tax returns there before! She was so rude to me she didn’t want to hear what I had to say or anything. I’m never going there again!

This is the worst California Check Cashing in the state! The cashier was very racist, accused my people of stealing (her words, not mine), took over 40 to attempt to verify a government issued check & when I told her I would go somewhere else, she refused to return my check & identification until I threatened to call the police. When I called to ask for the number to the district manager, I was told that it was policy that I couldn't have her last name or phone number. When I asked her (Veronica) to quote the policy to me, she refused & and then wouldn't say anything on the phone. I will definitely be furthering my complaint & I will never patronize this establishment again.

Very unprofessional.The literally look for a way to not give you your money.as soon as I walked in a lady shouted at me from the back ,al while they are joking and talking in another language.I shouldn’t have stopped here they need NEW STAFF LIKE NOW .this lady need gene in the from came back and laughed with her coworkers about not being able to cash my check
