Awesome experience at Ford Fairfield! My salesperson on this visit was Mark Dnistran. He made my trade in and purchase of a truck an easy no problem transaction. Mark listened to what I needed in a vehicle and showed me exactly the perfect truck. He didn't try to pressure me into something I didn't need. That was perfect and no stress. Mark was friendly, pleasant, and professional. Jacob in purchasing, handled my trade in, and Missy in financing were also both amazing. Great team at Fairfield!

Dave, Bryan, Missy, Rafael and Aaron were all amazing. They went "above and beyond" when we came in with our 2006 F-250 that had several problems. They helped us find just the right truck to finish our trip and gave us a reasonable price for our trade. Their professionalism, kindness and compassion were such a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this dealership! Fairfield Lincoln exceeded my expectations! Their fantastic customer service made me feel like a welcomed family member right from the beginning. Bryan's knowledge about Lincoln products, service and more specifically the Corsair GT model, sealed the deal for me! Once we met him and went on a test drive with him while he explained everything we'd ever want to know about the vehicle, I knew I wasn't leaving without that vehicle! Customer service and management is horrible. I made an 7:30 AM appointment and the service reps put other customers before me and deliberately sat my car to the side until I asked to speak too a manager. Ten seconds later My car appeared to be fixed. Ford sent me coupons via email and this private dealership (John) informed me Ford will not grant any coupons at this time because if the pandemic. The clerk also bypassed me to help another customer after I was promised to be helped first. Other people was promised to have the serviced cars washed and when I pocked up my car Heather told me the machine was broken. The customers before me was told the cars was washed and ready to go. The other rep refused to give her name and Heather boasted about being a private dealership and not being a corporate dealership. I recommend people who want to deal with Ford go to a corporate dealership. I was going to buy a car today at this dealer but I will find a different make and model to buy and sell my current car for a different make and model also because of the type of people that represent Ford Motors!!!

We were traveling through the state from St. Louis when our 2021 Ford truck blower motor went out. We would of had to cancel the rest of our roadtrip as we were headed to Yellowstone in freezing temperatures with no heat. This dealership got our truck in service right away and was fixed in less than 24 hours! The BEST customer service from any dealership! Employees were very professional and courteous!

Absolutely the WORSE Fleet service EVER. No One to answer phones, the manager Tony Apparently doesn’t know how to read a service report. I asked for them to investigate a diesel gas smell, Tony says all is good when the service technician CLEARLY finds a leak! Way to go Tony, Chick Fil A is hiring! Can’t mess up chicken! It was great to work with sales people that know the product and can help you with building ( in my case) a truck and getting the features that were important for me. The day I got my truck showed me the my salesperson did listen and I have the truck I wanted even after the long wait , it still is the same truck I wanted and I'm enjoying the fun of learning the new systems of my truck

I had a bad experience buying a used car from this dealership: 1. They forced me to buy a service called shadowmark as part of the used vehicle purchase. Despite me asking to leave the labels on the car and just not paying for the extra warranty that shadowmark provides they kept saying I can’t decline the service. It is dodgy business practice to put it kindly. 2. Only after everything was done and paid for, they gave me a single key fob saying the car only had one. Now getting a second key costs upwards of $300 and they said nothing about that either. 3. When their finance guy showed up, he had the vehicle price increased by $1k. It took me a while to figure out where is the extra $1000 going only to figure our he put that toward the car. I had to show him their own website price for him to lower the cost to original. 4. Finance guy also kept giving documents and rushing me through to sign without letting me reading what they were. It was late but one needs to read what they sign. This on top of the shadowmark thing above really annoyed me as a customer. They showed no appreciation or care for the customer at all Overall I would say walk in there with eyes wide open and be ready to lose a few hundred dollars just dealing with them.

Truck/fleet service incompetent. Took my truck in for death woobles. $3000 later. They replaced nearly all of my steering parts. No change. Almost crashed towing my trailer. Another $1800 later. I got 20k miles for $5000 worth of Fords best. It is now undrivable. I have to replace everything again. What a joke....

Thank you Ford. When I purchased a vehicle on April 19, 2022, I had 1 credit inquiry hit on my credit report. I returned the vehicle on April 21, 2022 and before I even signed the 1st paper to give the car back, I was hit 1 time on my credit report then once the paper was signed, 5 hits on my credit report (credit inquiry) within 2 hours. SMDH. Petty. Childish.

What can I say, I'm a ford costumer for the past 15 years, I have different trims and style, for personal and business use, two months ago I have my ford raptor 18' Model tow for a mechanical problem, Steve Bisordi was the person that step in since day one, I have to say that not only Steve but the whole crew behind it did a awesome job helping and answering all my questions, the job done to my vehicle wasn't small or easy and this guys made happen so easy, I purchase a f-250 lariat from this Lot 3 years ago and the sales department was amazing as well, so basically i feel like my next vehicle and services would be from this dealership. The service department was better than I've seen anywhere else in a while. The gentleman that helped me out was knowledgeable about the work I was having done. Terrible! If I could give a zero they deserve it. Service Department is way overpriced and rude to customers who want a recall fix but will not pay $300 for an oil change or $850 for a sensor replacement, on top of a $240 diagnostic charge. Higher priced Independent shops? $550 for the same $850 job.

Worst experience ever. Service Advisor Jake didn’t care to update us on our vehicle we had being worked on. We had been calling since 10 in the morning and had to call 4 times for an update. It shouldn’t take all day to call and say that the car needs to stay another day. Very disappointed and will not be bringing my car here again for service.

So I was going to give Ford Fairfield a 2-star review. 2 star review would have been based on the Quick Lane Oil Change. But Steve on the major services side change my mind. He had great customer service, he was able to get the repairs on my 2015 fusion energi covered under warranty repair even though it had just lapsed. So far his service has been great. I was hesitant to bring my car in this time around, but I decided to give them one last chance. And am I glad I did! I hope Stephan stays in service for a long time. I will definitely be coming back for any major services. But I do not think I will let the Quick Lane side do my oil changes any longer. Just look at my filter. They must not have sealed it properly on last oil change. No wonder I was losing 1/2 qt every month.

Every interaction is unique and I can only comment on my interaction with Ford Fairfield. Wanting to put in an order for a new Ford Maverick, I reached out to their Internet Department and they took down my truck build and personal data. However, a deposit was needed to fulfill the order and they said I would need to come in and sign some paperwork and leave a deposit. I asked if this could be done remotely and they said that it could not. The salesperson I was working with was going to be off off for a few days and said a file would be left so I could come anytime and take care of this. So, the next day I called and asked if it was okay to come in and sign the paperwork and leave the deposit. They said it was okay to come in. Upon arrival, the person that they wanted to work with me on this was busy. After waiting for more than 30 minutes in the lobby, I gave up and returned to work, unable to leave a deposit or put my signature down on a piece of paper. Of the myriad of staff walking around, there was no offer of assistance. On my way out, they did take my name and number, but there was no follow-up by staff. A few days later, I called the Ford dealership in Dixon on my way to work and was able to complete the payment and signature for deposit electronically and my Ford Maverick is now on order!

Fairfield Ford is a dealer that left me with a smile and has earned my respect. I went there to sell my truck to them. I wanted to see what they valued my truck at with honesty and transparency. I worked with Jacob Zendejas. He is an intelligent and respectful man. He not only gave me the highest valuation of my vehicle but also broke down how and why a vehicle is priced the way it is. We talked about comparable vehicles in the area…which happened to be in a 1000 mile radius because there were only 7; but we also talked about how the dealer needs maintenance margins and profit margins. It was great to not only be educated but also respected. Selling a vehicle isn’t about money as much as it is about respecting the boundaries of the strangers that walk through the doors. Jacob is one of the first salesmen to impress me. Since I work in on the local military base, I’ll gladly refer Fairfield Ford to anyone I work with…and honestly; I’d even consider buying a Ford from them!

These people sold a car to my mom with inside house financing. She was there for 3 hours on a car she picked out online. She showed up and ran her credit and said they found a lender, capital one, who has a 29% apr. She put 2k down on a stick shift Ford Focus 2014 with 14k miles for 7k. after taxes fees the total came out to about to 11k . My mother has a Credit Score of 750 way way above. Her retirement income is over 7k /month and her house is paid off. These guys are predatorial company. BE WARNED I would , if I was there, never allowed her to do this. I paid off the last 2k owed on the car to be done with this. Total amount when the car was completely paid off? $ 19,450 she paid in the end. Evil company my mom is 74 at the time this happened.

A couple of weeks ago I contacted this dealership to inquire about a recall on my vehicle, an old hag answered my call in a very obnoxious manner, I continued to be nice to her until I ended our conversation, since I didn't want to stoop to her level. To the management of this dealership, kindly hire somebody competent, someone who knows the real meaning of customer service, someone who has a pleasant voice, and not someone who sounds like she just went through 5 quarts of whisky. Went in because I needed to repair my old F250 and decided I should check out what new vehicles they have. Was introduced to one of their guys named Frank. The guy was great. Vet from the coast guard so he was very professional and straight forward. He was able to answer all my questions and help point me in the right direction. Unfortunately they didn’t have any diesel trucks I wanted at the time but when they do Frank is the guy I’m going too.

The experience at Ford Fairfield was very smooth and hassle free, the really are a one price shop. The salesman Lucas was awesome too going above and beyond trying to getting us the best rate possible, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I found a Dodge Ram 1500 on CarGurus that I really wanted, so I made an appointment at Ford Lincoln Fairfield to check it out. It was probably my best experience at any dealership, and I've had several cars and trucks in my life. Kenny made the process super smooth, no haggle, no rush, super knowledgeable and friendly. Test drive went fine, I loved the truck so decided to buy it. They detailed it for me while I did the paperwork. No high pressure sales situations, super simple process. They even showed me that I could get an even lower APR than the one I'd been pre-approved for. The truck is in great shape and was priced thousands below blue book value, so I got a great deal. I'd definitely buy my next car or truck here.

I am usually not wanting to put anyone on the spot but just a bad experience. Tried to buy a 2020 escape hybrid and Worked with direct sales and online checkout. I entered all the info and even the sales manager told me car is in stock and available for sale. Also my final price was 29K and they magically changed it to 31.7K after I put all the info. Then I get a call saying the car is in service and can't be sold. What a waste and a perfect example of bait and switch. Unbelievable and will take my money to a more honest dealership.

I had the best experience shopping for a car. Jon was amazing and did not pressure me at all. Roberto did a fantastic job with providing excellent customer service from the first email to the final handshake. My confidence in the car is one thing, but knowing that the place I exchange money for a product provides exceptional customer service, is extremely important. They did not disappoint on any aspect. I specialize in consulting businesses on process and consumer experience and I can't find anything to share with them. They did a great job. The fact they are not paid on commission but on reviews tells me they have the correct business model. I drove an hour to check out the used Nissan Armada the day after I spoke with Roberto. His patience with me to be my eyes and ears and review the car with me on the phone for a half hour provided the confidence I needed to make the drive and then make the purchase. Good Job Roberto! Painless! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Brenda and Marco? are amazing! (I forgot the gentlemans name, butnhe worked on Friday March 5th) I hit a pothole and had to come in and get a tire replaced. Although the process took longer than I expected the amenities provided in the waiting area was sufficient to allow me to get some work done. The staff is nice and explained everything that needed to be done with my car and they even decided to do it the 30k mile service while was there. This is my second service that I had done at this location and I will not go anywhere else.

I took my car for recall repairs. Good service. Unfortunately, this time I took my car for appraisal, this appraisal was because I received a call from their Customer Services Rep. asking me if I wanted to sell my car because my car has high demand and that they can offer more than blue book appraisals. So I set an appointment. When I went there, something did not sound right, the representative with I had the appointment left for the day, so instead I was helped by an very nice, new employee, Which I don't oppose. the thing is I went for a ride in my car by another experienced sales Rep. he offer me less that blue book. he tried to find any damages in my car, he found a minimal ding on one of fenders and discounted the repair of fender. then because the high demand of my vehicle he raised the price which was lower than blue book. Then I started to get calls from the original sales person to see if I wanted to sell my car. I told him that I was already helped by another rep and also that I received a better appraisal from my original seller (another company across the street) He said that, If can show them the appraisal, they will match it. I think this all a matter of sales purposes, they offer appraisal in order to get you to buy another vehicle. I did not fall on that for many reasons. Just wanted to publish my experience with this people.

Your team made the buying and trading process very easy and we were very appreciative of that. Our overall experience with Ford Fairfield was great and Roberto and Sharon were easy to work with. My only feedback is that I would have liked to have been given a more thorough walk through of the vehicle's features. For example, I was not made aware of the vehicle's entry code. I later found the code in the glove compartment. Also I was told the blindspot monitor was on but realized after getting on the freeway that it was not, and I didn't know how to turn it on. I dealt with Michael Hampton the entire time during my purchase of a 2019 F150. I initiated the contact online and he gave me a call and gave me all the details I needed. I used my own Credit Union and I was given zero flak about that. There was no hard sell to use their financing, or purchase a bunch of warranties, or anything else. It was a simple 'no' and that was that. They did install a 'shadowmark' device in case the vehicle is stolen, and i qualified for a discount on my insurance due to it! I drove up from Southern California, and arrived at about 7pm. The truck was ready to go, as was most of the paperwork due to my conversations with Mike beforehand. We sat with the Finance Officer, Missy, and it was quick and easy. We were out in about an hour and a half. Overall my experience was great!

Just bought a used car tonight. We were contacted by Jeff but he left before we could get there and so we met Jonathan. Jonathan was very nice, hospitable and was a plus that he has experience with children who are autistic as we have a little girl on the spectrum. Jonathan explained everything very well he let my husband and I both test drive the car and was respectful and not pushy. That's one thing I really liked about this place was it was not pushy at all. There was add ons they like to put on the car that can significantly raise the price of the car but it is all optional. They really work to get you a payment that works for you. All in all great experience.

If you like paying a little extra to avoid negotiating, this is your place. Similar to Carmax which is right across the street. If you want to negotiate AT ALL, drive right past. I will say Sharon the salesperson was honest and pleasant to work with, but they were just lucky they had exactly what we were looking for. Not sure how they stay in business though, they told me they were losing money on the deal at least 10 times.

Overpriced for a diagnostic alone, no proper shutter service and because of my kids having a cold now I can’t wait inside without being told to leave.. they ordered us a Lyft driver but we never got a text when they were here. And the car that arrived was tiny.. too tiny and I have two car seats and a big toddler. All around I would not recommend.

I wish I could do 3.5. The sales person, Mike, deserves 5. He was very helpful, understanding, didn't project that typical car salesman persona. Dealership itself, on the other hand, left a lot to be desired. We were told we're approved for a loan, but we had to go get our daughter, so we were told to go, come back, everything will be ready to sign & we could go on our merry way. We come back, the car we were purchasing was put away (so I guess they didn't think we'd be back?), paperwork isn't really done, we're waiting again with an exhausted 8 yo, only to be told they can't do anything today because banks are closed already. To come back again yet another day. No. Just no. They did offer to bring the car to us, but at this point I'm frustrated with the whole ordeal.

I picked up my Maverick today and was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I experienced afforded to me. I was most impressed w/ the fact I got the msrp on my 2022 Maverick despite it being the second hottest car in America today. Edit: 2 months later and customer service has been awful for the following reasons: - unable to get back to me about questions they offered to answer. -I didn’t receive my console vault until 2 months after vehicle pickup. I guess there was a problem and they(sales rep) just gave up because I had to go in and ask for it myself. And install it myself. $400 and I’m doing it myself. -Unprofessional parts department. I don’t need to hear from the parts guy how the sales guys aren’t doing their job. I expect apologies on their behalf but not throw them under the bus in front of me. -They called me out to the dealership two times because the wrong parts. No compensation. Who doesn’t check the box before calling the customer? Very amateur-ish. -Finance department also was very insulting when they asked me if I was just going to sell the car. I patiently waited eight months for this vehicle and I didn’t get a “hello” before this question came out. I am flabbergasted at the level of customer service I’m experiencing here. I was concerned about buying a Ford and now I feel like all those concerns have been validated. I run a small business myself so leaving a lousy review is a big deal but I feel like Ford Fairfield totally deserves this one. 1 star because no one in their right mind would return to buy another car from them after this subpar service.

Gave them a Two because their building is always clean, but those guys at the parts service desk realy need to learn how to smile when acknowledging customers . I had good experiences my first two times. But the third time is what makes me not want to return, When I was there for my first visit i had asked about having Mountune parts installed and if what I heard about their parts not voiding warrantys and I was told it's true as long as they install the part. Fast forward to last week I called and made an appointment to have the parts I ordered from Mountune installed and made it clear on the phone they were aftermarket parts, when I show up for my appointment I'm told "We can't do it" the person helping me seemed unconvinced when I asked why and said "We can't install aftermarket parts." I then asked even "Ford Performance authorized parts?" And was just told "We can't install aftermarket parts" I left and called a service manager who gave me their email and was told to send the information I had seen about the agreement between Mountune, Ford and Ford Performance which I did. One week later I haven't heard back. As much as I don't want to let one bad experience ruin my opinion of this dealership I find it kind of hard to look past a service agent trying so hard to get me to leave and never getting at least an email or phone call back to say they won't be able to make an exception to what seems like to me as a new policy. EDIT: I took a star off I keep getting calls offering me a deal on the works package when I explain I'm not thrilled about bringing my car back for the reasons above they ask if they can share this with their higher ups and I don't hear anything more about it making me think they don't care. I am curious to see if I even hear back after the most recent call.

Bought a used car from Fairfield Ford a few weeks. Everyone was friendly and helpful and that's what the two stars are for. The car itself is fine but its pretty clear they didn't do much of an inspection. I finally got the time to look over the car a bit and noticed the following. The engine oil didn't appear to be changed, the cabin air filter was filthy, and so was the intake air filter. These are all pretty basic things that I would expect a major dealership to take care of before selling a used car. I'd look elsewhere if you are looking for a used car.

I would like to share a story of some outstanding customer service. My wife and I purchased a 2018 Lincoln Navigator about a year ago from this dealership after I have been bringing them my F-250 for the past few years and was so impressed with all the employees back in the fleet department who handled my services. So as part of the service package we now receive on the Navigator one of the features is that Ford/Lincoln will come pick up your Navigator, drop you off a loaner, take it back to the dealer, do the service, then bring it back to drop it off clean when they are done. We had scheduled an appointment to have this done through the online app a few weeks ago. Around a week before the pick up date a very polite woman called me to inform me that they had no available loaners for the day of our service and asked if it would be OK for them to still come pick up the Navigator but not leave a car for my wife. After double checking with my wife that this was fine she did not need a car until the next day we kept the appointment. The Navigator was picked up right on time Tuesday morning at 9am and I received a pleasant phone call from a man named Steve as soon as it arrived and he went over all the details of my service. Steve and I then spoke one more time that day at around 4PM. So here is what happens next and why this place has the best customer service of any dealership in CA and will always keep our business. The clock ticks by and 5 turns into 6, 6 turns into 7 and pretty soon my wife says, "Wow its getting kind of late, I have that appointment in the morning, I wonder where my Navigator it." I had completely lost track of time and just realized how late in that day it had gotten. I then picked up the phone and called the dealership. I quickly found that Steve was gone for the night and the service department was closed. My wife who it also pregnant at the moment is now getting a bit concerned about not having a vehicle at the house to get to her appointment in the morning while I am at work. I get transferred over to a gentleman in sales. Keep in mind this guy has ZERO to do with my car being serviced. I explain the situation and he immediately says, "Sir I am so sorry there must have been some mistake on our end and this is unacceptable. We would never want to leave your wife without a vehicle." Keep in mind this is now almost 8 o'clock at night. He then says, "let me see what I can do and call you right back." Within 25 min of that phone call they had a beautiful little Ford Edge delivered to our door. I got to sleep easy knowing my wife would be all set for her appointment and Ford Lincoln Fairfield kept a life long customer. Turns out it was a big misunderstanding about keeping the Navigator over night for some extended service work and the next day it was delivered back in beautiful condition. I want to thank everyone at the dealership who had a hand in this experience and let you know how much it meant to us. Thanks!!

Had a very bad experience this time with finance Manager, on 04/23/2022 purchased a 2021 Expedition Dwight Williams did not prepare the paperwork correctly and did not submit it to the DMV and when I called yesterday they told me their is an issue with missing form and they failed to call me when I talked to him yesterday to complain HE TOLD ME IF I DON'T STOP TALKING HE WILL KICK ME OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP when he see me!!!!!!!! Absolutely phenomenal experience with trading-in my previous vehicle for a new 2021 Ford Ranger STX 4X4. Enough is enough I’ve been patient and just keep getting the run around here. I got my car towed here because it would not start , I paid to have the extended warranty as my tow was covered to take to my local Ford dealership I thought I would be in good hands and they would take care of me. I was wrong my biggest mistake was doing so I was told it was going to be 1744.07 to fix my car that it needed a new battery along with To replace my battery cable harness and that the warranty was not going to cover it. I literally went down the street and had a battery ordered and put in for me and my car has been running like a champ I never needed a “ battery cable harness “ that was going to charge me $1305.58 that’s nothing but lies from the Ford dealership. What’s even worse is that they charged me $235 for the diagnostic fee for what to tell me that I actually just needed a battery ?? They could have done the right thing and told me that’s all I needed but they wanted to try to pull one on me auto zone or any other auto shop could have told me that but again I thought I could trust my local Ford dealership. Now I’ve been waiting for someone to call me back to see what’s going to happen I’ve talked to about 3 managers and the last one said he was going to call me back Tuesday and still nothing I just want my money back I was scammed, maybe someone will call me back now and get this resolved.

Would not recommend buying a car from here. I bought a Toyota from then and just 3 months later the car check engine light came on took it in to get a diagnostic and it’s going to be 4,000 worth of repairs. I barley drove the car I don’t even use it to commute to work I take Bart. When I took it in they said it was nothing they could do for me. If you do choose to go here definitely to not go to Ryan.

Fast, straight forward, friendly, very helpful. UPDATE 10-8-17. Unfortunately they were not equipped to deal with an antique car bearing original plates that had to have a release in order for them to be legally transferred with the car. They had new plates issued for the car when faced with paperwork they were't familiar with which for an antique car collector is unacceptable. Five months later I am still in DMV hell trying to have the original plates cleared and reissued to the car. 77 years these plate have been on the car, until Fairfield Ford got involved. I called to speak to the owner about this but got transferred to their DMV person. A month ago they contacted me about a 1957 Ford Skyliner they had, I related my issue but was again transferred to the DMV person. Hopefully they get their act together or stop fancying themselves to be a dealer of classic cars.

Yesterday, 7/25/21, I called Fairfield Ford about a new Mustang. The sales rep. said the car was in stock and would I like to make a 9:30am appointment for today, 7/25/21. I said ok. I got to the dealership and was waiting while they reviewed my car's worth as a trade-in. The estimate was fair, but the rep. then said that somebody last night made a deposit on the car. I traveled round trip of 129 miles for nothing. So, one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing at this dealership. I've bought three new cars at Fairfield Ford, but never again. We took our car to Ford Fairfield to get our battery replaced. Everything was fine until just over a week later when I tried to use my windshield wipers and noticed that they weren’t working (they were working before). On Wed 11/11 I took the car back and told them that this may have been due to the recent battery replacement. I was immediately told that it was definitely not this because 'they didn't touch anything to do with the wipers' and that for them to do a diagnostic check I would have to pay $199.95! We said no, so the next day my dad spent the whole day seeing other mechanics, all of whom said that they couldn’t fix it. That Friday it rained, I took the car and had to stay in the city for hours after work until the rain stopped. On Monday we took the car back to Ford since nobody could fix it. When they checked the car, they found that it was due to a fault in the previous battery replacement! I am giving 2 stars because they fixed their mistake and handled it professionally, but ultimately this does not make up for the time & effort we wasted trying to figure this out, juggling our work schedules, having to take the bus to work - all for something that could have been fixed that very day on 11/11 that I took it back and told them. We don't even have an issue with the mechanic's mistake when replacing the battery (we understand mistakes happen); instead our problem lies with the customer service. You would think that they would check the car free of charge given that there was a possibility that they may have been at fault. And to think that had we found another mechanic to fix the wipers we would have had to spend hundreds of $$.

I've always been a ford guy. I've always owned ford vehicles. Today I brought in my truck to have the transmission checked out. I had already planned on replacing it, so I was ready to drop around 6 or 8k for it if that was the problem. During check in the guy at the counter told me the diag fee was $490. When I asked him why it costs so much since the check engine light was already on, he informed me that perhaps I "should have went somewhere else if I was on a budget" and that the are they are the only transmission diesel diag place around. Let's just say, I'll never buy another ford. These clowns are terrible at customer service. In 10 years, GM and Tesla will own you.

We recently moved from North Carolina to Fairfield and our truck needed new front, brakes, rotors and pads, an oil change and the tires rotated. I talked to Courtney in the service department and she was one of the kindest people we have met since moving to California! There were no appointments available for the Saturday we needed cause we were fixing to travel, and she said if we could drop it off and were good to leave it for a few hours they could get it done, we dropped it off at 10 and it was ready at 1:30, AMAZING! We are going to come back in a few months to hopefully buy one of the new Broncos!

We were treated very well and never felt pressured at any time during the selection or purchase of our new vehicle. Our salesperson - Chris - was very knowledgeable about the Lincoln line of vehicles and took extra time with us detailing all the cars features and how to utilize them. He also thoroughly explained the different warranty options available and helped break it down for us as to best option for our driving needs. Overall we are very pleased with The vehicle as we are experiencing and learning more about it everyday. The only issues we are discovering is the “Hands Free” lift gate feature does not want to activate and the actual gas mileage the vehicle is attaining is far lower than the advertised MPG on the sticker.

Good service advisor and great service manager. The SM recognized that a problem existed and fixed it. The new advisor went out of his way to make sure the car was in top condition when I found it was not. Would have given a 5th star if not for a negative experience with the used car manager. I do not like being pressured especially when I had told him about my medical condition. I was able to sell my car for $4,840 more through Carvanna without any hassle or pressure.
