    The staff here is AWESOME in every way, every time. Linda is the BEST, she's helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The only regret I have is that I did not move my account here years earlier. I am treated like a king and you would think that my modest account was worth millions. The entire staff here are friendly, helpful, and very professional!

    The teller told me she’d have to talk to the manager about waiving a cashier’s check fee of $15 when I asked for the fee to be waived. The manager was was extremely rude to me and belittling and very abrasive in talking to me. Customer service is not a priority here.

    Avoid this location at any cost! I can only give minus stars to this place. They love to waste your time. Avoid to go there. Very unprofessional time wasters! Response to the owner or..read all the reviews u have 2 stars! Shame. Do a proper training or fire the most of the employees of this location. Awful time wasters. It's time to change the bank for me!     Told 30min wait time for service, asked me to wait in my car,1hr later called me they are ready to see me and THEY MADE ME WAIT INSIDE For ANOTHER Hour!! You can not treat customers with sweet lies. My time is value also. Please!! Ridiculous!l

    I went to this location two times very recently. Every time I was greeting by the friendly staff. Suzie who helped me was very nice. She is so knowledgeable. She is always patient. She is so willing to help people. I highly recommend this branch.

    October 12th I made cash deposit of 7500 dollars at this ATM, only 400 dollars was posted to my account. I reached out to customer service and was told a temporary 7100 dollars will be credit to my account. 6 days has past, nothing was done and the 7100 of my cash deposit was nowhere to be found. This is Bank of America, cares not about customer’s fund, I shall not care about Bank of America either. Once my account is settle, I am moving my fund to elsewhere.

    Had to go to multiple banks to cash a check issued by them. Elise the Manager took the time to look into the issue and was able to assist me. She showed a great level of customer service. Will be back to open an account.

    Was there today for 30 minutes for the manager to tell me she can't help me. When I had recently been there for the same thing and I was able to get the service. Awful. I will have to go to a different bank.

    This location is a joke. Went to get change from a personal account and was told because of a "coin shortage" I could not get any coins. I also work for a VERY LARGE car dealership and because I didn't have our account number I couldn't get change through that account either. After voicing my opinion on this matter, the on duty branch manager begrudgingly said they would do it "just this once", but by then I was already irritated and asked for my money back. I can't believe with a substantial amount in my personal account and hundreds of thousands in my company's account I couldn't get $40 of coins. I went to the Satellite Blvd location and they gave me coins with no issues. I would avoid any transactions at the Pleasant Hill location.

    By far the Worst branch and customer service ever! Elise, the branch manager and Chris, the market manager are the most unprofessional and careless human beings I’ve ever dealt with!! It’s honestly disgusting and unacceptable to have such people in leadership positions. The employees are all untrained and have no clue what’s going on. Closing all accounts and 20 years of relationship!!
