Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Welsh Rd, Philadelphia

Unfortunately the company I work for needs to make deposit at BOA daily and bank of america ranks the highest score in customer service slowness!!!!

worst bank ive ever been with, Wanda the manager is incredibly rude she became irritated with me when i forgot my bank card when i was cashing my check ,the next two times i came in to cash my check i was given a hard time and they refused to cash it because i didnt have enough in my account to cover it!! ive been a customer with this bank for 17 years and it was never their policy until now ? so i was told i have to deposit it which i did i was able to access about $300 that day ,a few days later i checked my balance and found that the remainder of my check was not available i was told there was a hold on it because my employers bank had not sent the funds through,i went to my employer and he called his bank,they assured him there was no problem on their end my boss even called Wanda to see if he could help figure out what happened,he could not believe how rude she was! she even asked if i spoke english lol when he repeated what i told him. ultimately i was never given a straight answer as to why my money was being held ,do not trust this bank!! i sincerely feel that wanda was doing this on purpose ,very unprofessional to say the least i guess she was informed that i called the corporate office because it was suddenly resolved i will be filing a formal complaint this woman is mentally unbalanced and should be disciplined .

Mehh this place is alright... The ATM will only allow withdraws with multiples of 20 unlike some other BOA locations, and I favor those places more.. Not to mention there is only one ATM inside. However, there is a drive thru lane, there might actually be two lanes I'm not sure because I don't use the drive thru.

Very slow. 20 minutes in line to deposit 3 checks, seriously? Only one window was open while 7 people waiting in line. Finally, after 20 mins other window got open and line moved. Never had such a long wait at other locations.

Nothing to complain great service , I'm with Bank of America for 11 years they have been great to me .

Manager is rude ! It would be a benefit to the company to provide customer relation skills. She is providing misleading information without having knowledge of her job. Went to another branch to get correct information. I did not go there to look for a confrontation all I needed was to some information. She needs to get into another profession not dealing with customers. She is not good representative for the company !

This branch staff provides excellent service! the staff is very welcoming pleasant & helpful. branch is clean, service is good, best example of fast & friendly.. Also, handicapped accessible.

I went there for customer service. chair in the Bank manager's office is gross. It has pee stain mark. So nasty.... Manager didn't offer me another chair. He didn't even ask me To have a seat. What kind of customer service is this????

I've had situations that I needed help with on various occasions and I never got a no or an excuse from the BOFA STAFF! They are very helpful ! They have full knowledge of what they are doing. But most and more important of all...they treat you with respect and understanding. I've been with BOFA going on 4 yrs and there will be many more to come. Muchas Gracias BOFA.

After 1 hours waiting twice in a same day I did not get my service so expect at least 1hr wait for just a routine service
