TD Bank Haldeman Ave, Philadelphia

Expect to wait in line at this bank. They do not have enough tellers. Some of them are professional and others are just rude. I usually encounter the rude ones while using the drive through. Good luck when calling this branch. They don’t answer the phone. The bank itself is clean and modern. The parking lot is safe and large.

Only respectable, nice and helpful employee there was a young woman named Sarah. Everyone else just doesn’t want to do anything or help.

Working hours are 8:30 AM - 5PM , came here after 8:30 AM and they are saying only drive through works. Waiting here for 30 min already (I am the 3rd car ) the line is not moving. Looks like the workers are celebrating something inside and don’t work at all.

One of the worst TD banks locations in NE Philadelphia, an outstanding poor customer service, no respect no loyalty, especially the Russian speakers stuff 🙈🤷‍♂️😓😥 it's a shame!

Worse branch ever. Make sure you count your money 3 times before give to to the tellers as they play game with it...

The worst ever bank and TD branch I have visited. They did exactly the opposite that we requested. The guy called Nino in the customer services is very rude and unhelpful. He even dosn't welcome people and not ready to serve the customers. I would give it ZERO star if possible. I will close my account in TD bank. Please dont waste your time and money with such bank.

The mortgage process was highly unsatisfactory. The loan officer was non-responsive, taking minimally 1 week to respond. The rate lock had to be extended several times as a result. The closing process was also, therefore, delayed. I then refinanced with TD bank, expressing my first experience upfront. I was assured that the process would be much better the second time around. However, the same degree of poor customer service was delivered. As a result, I will not be using TD bank in any of my financing or banking needs moving forward.

Worst bank ever. Nothing ever works. Long lines. Definitely most inconvenient.

They change management but nothing changes! Try to find a better bank, that's what I am gonna do. Representatives lie to you to sign you up for a more expensive product, and then don't do what they promised to you because they no longer work for the bank. The new management is rude and not helpful. Stay away, find better place for your money if you cherish it's value.
