Bank of America (Lobby Service Only) N Greenwood Ave, Niles

I tried calling for an hour to find out if they can help me. The website can't help. Google says its open till 17.00 Apparently that is a lie. Nobody answered the phone Bank of america is terrible for the most part on customer service. I suggest going elsewhere if you need anything but basic services. Even the website is terrible. They suspended my account and refused to tell me why. It took over 2 hours to even get someone to help me. They hung up on me. They ignored me hoping i believe hoping I would give up. When I finally got a human who didn't seem to understand my problem I requested a manager. Wheni finally got a manager he claimed it had a fraud alert. I was in the website. I couldn't do any thing. It mentioned no alert or fact I was suspended. It just didn't list any functionality. The manager said he was in contact with the fraud team and it would be fixed in a few minutes. Another hour I had to argue to find out why I was suspended. They finally said I added a device. I said yes I already had 3. I had bought a new phone a month ago. when does that constitute a fraud suspension. They never answered the question. They apparently tried to contact me using the old number. I updated the number immediately. Apparently they're databases are out of sync by at least a month. My number in my contacts list was current. They didn't use it. As a retired programmer that is atrocious design.

The the worst bank in america. Money disappears from the account. you transfer through the Zelle and the money falls from the bank and does not fall to the other. transactions are all mixed up. complete confusion . I will close my account because I called many times and met with the worker, they don't want to figure it out and return the money. shame and shame on

This place was a disaster few years ago and it hasn't changed, actually it has gotten worse. Saturday morning 11am, 10 people in the teller line and only one teller working, I mean seriously this branch DOES NOT CARE about customer service one bit. Absolutely ridiculous. Other bankers sitting in their cubicles not doing anything but god forbid they help the line.

This is the best bank I ever banked with. I have been with them for 21 years and I never left. Thank God! The staff is polite and everything is done quickly. All my issues are resolved. My issues are always far and few between. I couldn't be happier!

This place is a disaster. There are usually only 2 tellers working and theres always a line. Usually 3 other employees just wondering around and staring at the line instead of helping out on the counter. I usually go to the branch in Chicago, where theres never more then 2 people in line because theres usually 4 tellers at the window

I Stopped here couple of times to deposit check. Manager is super nice but that guy on counter has too much bad & rude attitude.

I walked into the branch at 10 minutes before closing and was refused service simply because my service would not be done before the actual closing hours and was asked to go to another branch even though they were also closing in 10 minutes.

Very bad customer's service. They didn't let me make a deposit to my contractor's account although i have them his name and tree account number. I never had problems at chase or citibank. They don't treat their costumers so poorly. I told my contractor to switch to a better bank. It's difficult to do business with bank of America

The employees are all friendly,polite and accomodating to all your needs with professionalism. The tellers always wear a smile on their faces. They make you feel important person. Good job and keep up the good work frontliners. Hurray!!!👌😍

I’ve been trying to get in contact with you bank for awhile now. Your hours are inconsistent with what they say online, and on your automated phone. And you all seem to be closed. And don’t have updated hours on your bank doors.
