I am a 50 year Bof A customer with the last 30 years with this branch as my main branch. The service has gotten worse and worse over the years. They usually have only 1 teller and there is always a line and it goes REALLY slow. I just tried to call them to set up an appointment for a simple task. There was no way to leave a message, I couldn't wait on hold for someone to help me and I was disconnected. Just AWFUL service!

No one at this Center would pick up and answer my phone call. They were with "customers." So instead of putting me on hold to listen to some muzak while waiting, their automatic response just hung up on me. Really? Is that the way you treat your customers? You hang up on them?

Unresponsive by phone, must make appointment for simple transactions in branch and appointments are a week out. Numerous times deposits have gone into the wrong account. Understaffed, incompetent, and lacking any real ownership of issues.
