Terrible customer service by a Mr Connor Smith. I came in to do a domestic wire transfer to a well-known fintech company. He was arrogant and rude, asking me invasive questions, to which I answered rather uncomfortably. He casually mentioned "wire fraud" and said, "I am not going to process this wire transfer if I don't want to". I got mad because this transaction was time-sensitive. I raised my voice, telling him that while it was his job to verify if the transaction was legit, it was not his place to deny me the transfer service". I left the table. Asked to speak to the manager, Mr Dre, who was so much more accommodating. Got another representative, Mr Ian, who was much more helpful; he completed the wire transfer within 10 minutes.

These poor people are trying to do their best and stay employed but they are working for a big and indifferent corporation that needs to go away. BOFA has been on a downward slide since 2008 and has no clue how to recover. I have moved several business and personal accounts to another bank and will be moving the rest soon. The branches they have chosen to close are all those that made them a locational choice for me in the first place. Adios BOFA. I drove by the Hawthorne Branch last week and found it to be boarded up. I couldn't tell if they are closed permanently or another disgruntled customer broke all the windows. If it is the later, thanks to whoever did it, you deserve a medal for acting on the way many of BOFA customers feel.

I see people inside and the locator app says your hours are open right now but your doors are locked up tight. I have things to do that I can’t handle at an atm what’s going on?

No bathroom for customers. They certainly can afford it. I don’t know what’s the point paying all these fees when you can’t even go to the bathroom doing business at the bank

I had to stop in to make a withdrawal and speak with someone about my credit card. I was promptly greeted, and as there was no line, I was able to talk with someone immediately. Reid helped me out, and he provided some of the best customer service I've experienced at a bank. He was cordial and I could tell his interest was in helping me. Not only that, but the guard outside was smiling also. I felt compelled to write this review because I was hesitant to use this bank due to other bad reviews. Having gone, I'd like to share the positive experience.

No offense but Mr Deez does not know what he is talking about. I come in often and have met Mr. Connor and he is helpful although weird. I have also met Mr. Ien and Ms. Paola and they are the God and Goddess of Hawthorne they are so wonderful!!!! Hate Bank of America, not the people who work there trying to make a living.

I have a legal temporary ID while I’m waiting for the actual ID to be printed and expires three months from now and I also have a legal paperwork from the Idaho DMV however this bank just decided to refuse to cash my employment check. Definitely don’t bank here.

Never open. What a waste of space. Let an interesting locally owned business come in.

DONT GO THERE for small business needs, The assistant manager , Lee whom I talked to regarding a resolution was ambivalent and offered no help or attention to the matter. He seemed completely inept when it came to the needs of a small business or how to address such accounts. He frankly didn’t care for my long time use and loyalty to Bank of America for both personal and business accounts.

Everytime I go there, I am treated second class or like a criminal despite having a sizable account and having been a BoA customer for 21 years. Last time I was there, they wouldn't cash a check from their own bank. My guess is because I have an accent and that I was dressed in my work clothes. I find the people there to be discriminatory and unfriendly. Now I get anxiety whenever I go there. I will be moving my stuff to another bank.
