Recently, I was able to work with the Mortgage Department at Oregonians Credit Union. Andrew Davenport, my contact, was very helpful and professional. Specifically, I appreciated that my calls were either answered or returned in a timely manner. Weekly updates on the status of my mortgage were extremely helpful. I can’t imagine any other mortgage acquisition experience being more efficient than the one I had. This all being said in spite of the pandemic and staffing shortages/challenges that have occurred. Thank you for such great service~

Longtime member for over 30 years. Fantastic experience with all aspects of my finances including a recent refinance with special below market rates. Always fast and friendly customer service if needed. Highly recommend OCU to anyone who's looking to change from the "big bank" experience.

I enjoy the customer service I’ve had with their Beaverton branch location both with teller services as well as the loan department. However, I’m not as impressed with their online website. The website is not super user-friendly or intuitive. I always have to click around to find the page that I am looking for. The mobile app even has less features. Also, I asked questions about how to apply payments to principal for LOC, which were answered quickly and courteously, but I ultimately feel like they could have answered the question more thoroughly in the first or second reply rather than going back and forth.

Chelsey was quick to ask if she could help me with anything and proceeded to do so quickly and efficiently. I could not have asked for better service.

I have called 3 times and been on hold more than 10 minutes with no answer. I want to open a new account but am seriously concerned with this lack of responsiveness. Update - i joined the bank. I regret it. The people who work there are very nice - but (1) it's hard to get a teller on the phone, (2) it took 10+ days to get a working debit card, (3) the mobile and web interface and functionality is the worst I've ever seen - you can't login in to the web and mobile simultaneously, this is a shared account and my husband and I can't log in at the same time to look at balances, it's hard to connect this bank to other banks because the system is so outdated and you can't get anyone on the phone to troubleshoot. Update - It's Saturday - I'm locked out of my account and won't be able to get a teller to unlock my account until Tuesday (Monday is a holiday).

Thank you for the excellent customer service. The staff are friendly and fun to work with. Cody goes out of his way to connect with the customers. He is a 5 star employee who deserves kudos for being efficient and kind. The remodel looks great as well. This Credit Union excels in every way. Thank you for the many years of great service.

All the tellers (esp. Lexi) and the managers are very professional, friendly and helpful. Have been that way for the 15 years I being going to the NE 20th branch. Never a wait for a teller - love that!

Oregonians did an amazing job working with me during Covid and the Holidays. Linda specifically, had an amazing level communication. She addressed my concerns extremely quickly and responded within an hour. I'd recommend Oregonians to anyone looking for a loan with awesome rates and nice people!

I was so happy to work with Rholonda! She was absolutely wonderful! She reached out to see about helping me save money with my loans and credit cards, and she did it just because she is looking out for her members! She was so great to work with she answered all my questions before I even thought of most of them! She was always there if I had anymore questions pop up later! I look forward to working with her for many years to come!
