Bank of America Financial Center Chews Landing Rd, Laurel Springs

I had a state issued check from Bank of America and they would not cash it because I don't have an account with them and the check was more than maximum amount per their policy.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and in other states. I never really had any issues that weren’t handle to my satisfaction. The only regret I have is that they are far and in between. They are found almost on every corner down south. I’m so glad I have the opportunity to continue with the outstanding service. I was very shocked to see negative comments . Sorry but sometimes you have to look at your requests.

I have been with the Gloucester twp branch for many years and I cant say enough good thing's about the service and the knowledgeable employee's that work there. I love it that they know me by my first name and always say hi.They are always willing to go the extra mile to help and answer all my questions. What a great group of people.

Every time I go in I get hounded with questions about loans or refinancing or rates, etc. One time I even went into a panic because the teller told me my account was flagged and to go see the woman at the desk, all just so she could tell me she can get me a better rate on one of my loans. Come on, if I wanted to know about something I'd ask. Their customer service makes me want to switch branches.

Great experience with Priti as she took care of all the many details of my banking situation with excellent skill and very friendly, (despite the mandatory mask and gloves!) personal service. Very pleased. Thank you, Priti!

Save yourself some time and don't come here to bank on the weekends, they are closed for construction. this is the worst bank, they don't communicate with their customer's.

Horrific. I had the only customer service rep christa corrected me when I was telling someone how long I waited. Just to close an acct of my murdered son it took two trips a million reasons why and still sitting here after two hours still not knowing if they are going to close it. And the 12 people that came after me were all magically handled by other personal. I even mentioned to the supervisor Ashley and she just said they only have 1 person today for customer service. Be careful where you bank and if it’s here I’d think twice!!!! I don’t like it when I’m lied too. Two hours and 5 minutes we are at step 5 hurry up and wait one more time. Done 2 hrs at 13 min.

I usually cash my paychecks at either the Haddonfield, Wilmington, or Cherry Hill branches. I avoid this location at all costs. I have NEVER been able to cash my check here (Bank of America check) they have blocked 3 of my checks. I'm not sure why they hire people who can't perform a simple banking transaction......and I don't mean just the tellers, today was the branch manager. AVOID this location if you have to deal with BOA, they have so few stars for a reason.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The lady teller and her manager the short guy with glasses are the worst! Nasty attitude not there to service the customer and she and her manager act the same way! It's pitiful and these people should be fired! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK . I close my account and won't be black I hate it there Helpful?

Bankers hours, always hard to get there. Minimal locations throughout South Jersey. And Bank of America is known for junk fees and nickel and dining you to death. I do not recommend Bank of America!
