TD Bank Blackwood Clementon Rd, Clementon

Have been using TD for three years now, same payroll check everyweek for the last three years! the last three checks have taken 10 buisness days to clears. ITS a total joke this company/bank. They say its my fault because i used moblie deposit the first time. The last two times I have taken my check into the bank the same thing has happened. WORST BANK IN AMERICA. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. BTW you’ll have random things taken out of your account.

This bank location on Blackwood-Clementon Road,is convenient which it used to be commerce.but some of the customer service is pathetic the teller was with a customer for 2 hours and it was said after a customer left about the mistake employee did. The teller couldn't get customer 's name right even though it was spelled the same way it was on the account.The manager Melissa is very rude and unprofessional personality hood argumentiveand the other service assistant manager too, is very ratchet and loud and argumentive not the least bit of class. The manager thought it was apparently sophisticated to debate back and forth verbally with a customer, she looked and sounded so foolish.

My mom waited about 5 minutes to be seen then another 15 in total to get a new card and activate it there.

Horrendous customer service. Don't even attempt to go here on the weekends, there is always a line out the door since someone thinks it's a good idea to only have one teller working at a time. Also the customer service reps just sit in their chairs with their suits on and don't even offer to help move the line along. Not to mention this bank gets robbed all the time and they now have security at the door at all times, makes you feel real safe going in there...... I'll be switching banks.

Excellent service. Employees most helpful at bank location as well as online. One of few major banks still offering free checking. Been at TD Bank last 5 years. Many thanks... John C.

Send my money and told him I don't need a balance because I was in a rush then took 3 minutes to tell me I need to fill out a deposit slip let's slip! Since when there was nobody in line they could have just filled it out really quick. Like they've done on many occasions inside and out . TD bank is definitely turning into something different than the most convenient bank!!!!

Only have had rude interactions with one person at this bank. Everyone else is fantastic! I actually look forward to go in and do my banking, it's like Cheers, lol. Everyone knows you and is quick to greet you cheerfully. A quick chat turns into 10 minutes, but it's a pleasant, genuine encounter, which is extremely odd for today's times. Their knowledgeable and quick to help you with your banking, if it's right before closing, they never turn you away! I despised when TD took over. It took them years to win me over. If it weren't for hiring the right people, I'd have left. They solve every issue with a smile, except that one person. It's amazing when every other employee can make up for one giant blemish, but they do. Great bank, only because of its employees!

Used to use this bank all of the time. Never had any issues with staff or service. Miss the penny arcade that I used to teach my kids how to save and earn. I feel like banks need to do something to start drawing customers inside or they will be a thing of the past. Not sure if they still have but they used to have summer help that were excellent in service. One woman knew me just as soon as I walked in and knew what I needed.

I love T.D. bank I have been with them since they were Commerce and the bank name before Commerce. I have been a customer of theirs since I was 16 yrs old. I will never change banks. Very happy with them. Great job T. D.

While I have been a happy customer both personally and for business for decades, the consistent poor service of this branch (over many years) is frustrating most of the time. Today was the first time I needed the branch manager, Jennifer. They say, 'the speed of the boss, is the speed of the gang'. I finally understand why this branch is the worst I've encountered in three states (we work on the road often and find ourselves in branches all over). She was unhelpful, evasive (she tried to avoid me first), then rude (left me standing in front of her - didn't greet me, ask me to sit or rise herself, did not shake my hand).. Then proceeded to tell me what I wanted couldn't be done. When I mentioned another branch manager of TD said she could help, Jen called her and started arguing with the other branch manager. I walked out when she turned condescending and told me, "you need to understand..... That was it, I left, went to another branch and was helped professionally in under five minutes.
