Worst Republic Bank I have been to. Staff acts like they are doing you a favor, and they ignore you in the drive thru. Had to beep at them to get there attention. I'll be using the one in Voorhees instead of this one. How do I give negative stars?

4 stars, that's a fact aye! This bank is really cool. I love the little coin machine with the animation and presumably game. The lollipops are fireee. However I have a few complaints. They take very long and are sometimes closed due to emergency they don't expect. However, this is no big deal to me. I'll run from nothing dawg. When they figure it out, the break is over! Good job guys.

The hours are convenient. Plus I don't have to pay them a monthly fee and I don't have to keep a minimum balance. The staff are super pleasant and I can bring my dogs into the bank :)

I had a great experience opening my bank account there. The woman was very nice and patient. The only complaint I have is I have not received my checks yet. I opened the account in Aug. was suppose to get them within 7 days. Didn’t happen. I went back and told Megan about it and was told they should be sent out. That was last week but so far no checks.

Find a new bank. The employee's are rude. They have no idea what they are doing! Incompetent group of people.

Came during normal business hours and was told that no one there knew how to open an escrow account.

I am a new Republic Bank Customer and I already loved to be part of this family so much.My account Representative is Andy Gomez and he is really good for banking and understand customer needs.After i opened my business bank account from this branch.Andy sent me welcome letter and when i saw this letter i felt so emotional because this type of banking service i never had before.They take care of you as a family member not like other bankers.I highly recommend this bank for other people.Thank you guys so much

Car broke down in lane 1 of their drive through and never once did my bank ask if they could help or deliver assistance. Lost my business for good.

Republic banks have the best service and policies of any chain of banks except this branch. This branch is the closest to my house and I will drive a half hour out of my way to avoid the consistently poor service and nasty attitudes I'm confronted with here. Case in point today:. I visited the wash township branch today and their coin counter was down so they told me to try blackwood. I showed up at blackwood and the coin counter looks fine but the asst. Mgr said "sorry our coin counter is down". I asked if they shared that info with the other branches since I drove a half hour to get here. With no apology and a snippy reply she said "well, it just went down". I'm relatively certain they just didn't want anyone using the machine. If you have the chance, try out one of the other republic Bank branches. They are really fantastic, but please avoid this one like the plague until they get staff that understand the policies and culture. Update:. The manager of the store reached out to me and assured me that they are working to make improvements at this branch. I appreciated his communication and effort. This is the type of customer service that I have come to expect from republic and the reason that I'm a customer of theirs.

It's Sunday, site says you are open but you arent....
