AT&T Store S White Horse Pike, Somerdale

I went to this particular location to upgrade my phone & switch my network over. I had the pleasure of having Ms. Pam & Nick. They were awesome. Ms. Pam was training Nick while helping me & the rush of customers that came in after me. They were both patient, helpful, & just delightful to be around. They helped me upgrade my phone & switch over there network in a timely manner! Even when faced with some difficulties they got the job done! They were wonderful!

I went there to get my daughter a new phone for her 13th birthday and it had a problem. I couldn't get there until the next day and I showed up 2 minutes before closing Nick was very nice and he stayed with me way past closing to make sure that the phone was fixed due to the sim issue. He said and knew that it was something very important too me. This will be my main At&t store for now on. I love the customer service there! :)

I went in today to get my new phone activated, Brian was very helpful and friendly. I was having some trouble with my old phone's screen, and he came up with a creative way to get past the problem. Thank you!

I didn't catch his name, but the sole employee in when I visited was funny, kind, and knowledgeable. He got me in and out with a working phone in minutes. The parking is weird, as this building used to be a bank, but the customer service was great!

Bradon was such a great help with getting my new phone. He transferred everything for me with knowledge and patience. I went back for some questions and tweeking, and Stephen was also an amazing help. He personalized all I needed with my phone. Both employees were wonderful and helpful and was very happy with my experience at this location!! Highly recommend!!

Andrew is one of those great employees who brings an actual personal touch to each interaction. Thinks about the customer in more ways then “hi welcome to at&t” My point is you cant find good customer service, and Andrew makes me happy to shop in store/local. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Jon is the man! Not only was his customer service fantastic, he stayed open late to make sure the job was completed. To be honest I almost went with Verizon but I’m glad I didn’t. Jon made a great effort to find the plan and deals that worked best for me. Thanks again for helping me upgrade from that dusty old iPhone 5s lol

I came to the at&t store to upgrade my phone and we had an incredible experience with Pam and Bryan helping us out. They were extremely helpful got us the best deal for my new phone, and Apple Watch. I normally have horrible experiences in phone stores but Pam went out of her way to make it an easy process, answer questions, and make sure the phone was all set up to use. She genuinely cares about what’s best for the customer which is rare now in days with all the slime balls in the industry. Wishing this place a lot of success because they deserve it and have an incredible staff!! I would say we’ll be back soon but we won’t because she hooked us up with the new iPhone as well as the protective covering !!!!

I had the employees tell me that my old phone didn't have chargers made for it anymore (even though they had one for their own use.) Had another customer tell me that I could get one at any convenience store. (He was right, grabbed one for like $6.) Either he knew more than the people who did this for a living, or they lied to try to scare me into buying a new phone. Not sure which is worse.

This place is the best att store around! All I can say is I'm am a person who breaks there phone alot and always has a problem with there phone and they have always fixed my issues and helped me to get the best deal to get new phones!

The associate, Stephanie, was super! And not just with us but as we witnessed everyone that came in the store while she set up our account. We saw her help like 4 others w various issues. Friendly, polite, informative…I think we walked away w good products too—time will tell. The store itself was in a convenient location & clean

On Wednesday I Converted my parents from sprint to AT&T. The sales rep Andrew was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was helpful in getting my parents exactly what they wanted. This is the second time we have used this location and our Continuous good experiences is what keeps bringing us back! Thank you Andrew for being so helpful.

We’ve visited this location twice in the last few weeks and spoke with Jon both times. We recently had DirectTV installed in our home and Jon was both knowledgeable about our service and helpful with all questions we had before and after installation. Today, we made some changes to our account, upgraded devices, and got our son his first phone for Christmas. He was patient with all of our questions, helped us link our son’s new phone with ours so we can keep him safe while using it, and spent more than 2 hours conversing with us throughout the process. Even with new and upgraded devices, Jon saved us money on our monthly bill! I highly recommend this store, and ask for Jon if you can!

Jeremiah-Karen@ Are awesome. I love there customers service are one of my reasons for staying with At&t. I had previous issues with a older phone which I had to get information out of Jeremiah somehow was able to get my information for me it was very important. He then explained my issues within the next 2 weeks the issue returned as I was previously told. I was also looking forward to a upgrade my galaxy note 9 Jeremiah and Karen help with explaining all my concerns. There customers service skills the smiles with also taking there time to make sure I was satisfied before leaving the store which closed at 8 pm (We were there a little after) Not to being rushed I'm proud to be a At&t customer. Thank you, Jeremiah and Karen with making my purchase well worth it. Your Great honest customers service will keep me coming back with rerecommendations.
