I love this shop. The manager John has done a great job with the store. I have been buying and selling with John and his staff for years. This is how I make my living. This is a must stop for me !!!!!!! The inventory is constantly changing. I also buy and sell construction tools. I always check with John before buying tools at the store…I could go on and on . My husband and I unfortunately had our garage broken into with a ton of hand tools stolen. They all ended up at Somerdale Pawn and the manager there was SO helpful in helping us deal with the police and paperwork to get our property back right away. I can't thank them enough for how great they treated us throughout the entire process. Thanks, guys!

In the past few years that I've had the use for a Pawn shop whether it be to purchase something or to make a few dollars from my stock pile in the closet....This is the only place i go !! They've always been kind and fair... I've not always gotten the price I wanted but I'm realistic. Besides if I don't like the price I can always say, 'No".... Everyone is pleseant nd thoughtful.

Extremely rude. Called on a Sunday to ask about a pawn and they said they don't do it on Sundays. NO problem, called on Tuesday to confirm it was the same store I had contacted on Sunday, and to confirm exactly what a pawn was. Guy on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and had no interest in hearing what I was trying to say, only getting his point across that today is not Sunday and they can't figure pawns out over the phone, even though neither of those reasons is why I called
