Bank of America Financial Center W Capitol Ave, West Sacramento

For the past 6 months the bank has been closed and no money in the atm machines. I depend on this branch because I don’t drive and it’s close to my home. I’m fed up and thinking of going to the bank across street. The bank I’m talking about is in west Sacramento calif. on west capital avenue.

Went to the bank on West Capitol - Thursday. It was closed. Then I went to B of A at Towne Center Plaza. It has been closed for a year but thought it might be open. It was closed. The bank manager and Regional Manager must know how horrific this is. I conclude either they don’t care about their clients or the bank lacks leadership to deliver services to West Sacramento or both. The bank doesn’t even deserve one star.

Slow bankers and there is always a line of 10+ people, even during slow hours. Busy times there's 10 to 20 people in line and there still is rarely 2 bankers. Whoever runs this branch is incredibly cheap. Already closed my account here but regrettably I have to come back for payments every now again. If I have time before 5 I drive to any other branch I can.

Is there a half star to rate these guys? Seriously they got literally 2 bank tellers serving a line of atleast 60 customers. Wait time is like 45 min. Management has to do something to address this. Hire more bank tellers.

This place is terrible! I'm seconds away from pulling my money and putting it into a credit union. Long lines, slow bankers, they don't have enough people working ever, LONG WAIT TIMES! Some of us come here on breaks and don't have all day to sit around waiting. So done with BofA, ordered a new card a month ago because the chip quit working on mine, never received it, all my transactions are getting declined now even though I know I have money in there, call and they tell me I have to go in to a bank and get a temporary card, have to wait about a half hour for someone to have time to do this because God forbid they do it at the stupid window.

Had worst customer experience in this branch. The bank reps or account specialists, were so uncooperative and rude. I don’t know their job but they are definitely to assist customers. Even when it was an error from their end, there was no apology and didn’t help at all. Teller told me I could have just come to her window but the guy in the front didn’t let me go. Moreover they didn’t help me over the phone too when it could have been easily done. Wish the bank manager, if they have any, looks into all these reviews.

Alert alert!!!!!!! These atm Machines have been compromised!!!!check for skimmers please..

Pretty much the same as every other comment. There is always 6 to 7 people in line with 2 tellers max. The most irritating part is that there is always 2 to 3 "account specialists" sitting at their desks in the lobby. GOD FORBID THEY GET UP TO ASSIT THE TELLERS. I understand that it may not be that easy but how about considering having 2 account specialist at their desk and 2 to 3 tellers....MIND BLOWN.

This bank is always busy, and there is always only 1-2 windows open, please do not waste your time coming here I live across street and I preferred to drive 10 min to my nearest bank then using this one the wait time is ridiculously high. No well manage i ask the manager why you never have enough people, answer was " we are only allowed to have 2 windows open" really. Bad
