Went in twice. Low ball prices and garbage workers. Got more money in 20 min on fb marketplace for the items then there. They even pulled "ebay " up as a reference lmfao. joke . I guess that's why they advertise on local sale pages. Trash.

I love Lodi Pawn! It may be small, but just proves that "good things come in small packages". The service you receive at Lodi Pawn is over the top; they are BIG when it comes to Customer Service. They always greet the customer, even when occupied with another transaction. They don't leave you standing there uncomfortably waiting to be noticed - as is customary in today's environment. Wait time is not long, and they are knowledgeable, helpful and professional in their interaction with customers. My spouse is a disabled veteran and we are retired and live on a fixed income. Occasionally we find ourselves in need of a quick loan to pay a bill or to get us through to our next pay check. Lodi Pawn has always come through for us, taking time to explain how they calculate the loan amount - and even giving above BASED ON TRUST that we will repay it promptly as promised. Can you imagine the "old days" when a handshake sealed a deal and someone's word counted for something? What’s up “Society” A unfortunate incident recently, left me in and out of different pawn shops up and down Northern California. If I could describe Lodi pawn and jewelry would be,... mellow and easygoing. Comfortable enough that has me already doing Business with them from the first day and much longer, “if California can stay together” lol anyways thanks for helping me lock down a jeweler and pawn broker I can really “not just sayin” TRUST.

I have been a customer for 3 years. Love my boys at the pawn shop. Great service, great deals, and the bad jokes are free! Thanks to Mikey and to Mike for always giving me the best. Newest purchase-3 carat diamond cluster that retails for 2500-3800 - no complaint on the price or the quality.

Unfortunately i went here and was told a price on 2 rings that I purchased from another pawn shop and was told a price and that they would honor that price if I came back. I came back and drove from far away just to have them say they changed their mind . I understand if they didn’t want to buy the items but to waste my time and not hold on to their word is what the problem is. If a reputable business feels the need to lie to their customers others should be warned before wasting their time as well. Staff was not professional and I was not impressed with their inventory whatsoever.

I went down to this place today with my wife to get an anniversary gift for our 10 year. they had a very clean and organized assortment of merchandise. we found a nice ring that she really liked and they gave us an unbeatable price including sizing!!!! needless to say the people who work there will go out of there way to make sure you're happy when you walk out the door.
