Okay. I’ve been coming here for awhile and I’ve never had any problems here until recently. The staff is SO unprofessional, unpleasant and very very rude… and I’m not talking about everyone but I don’t know the names of the people that are specifically. ( I believe one of the ladies is a manager so there’s that. ) So the last time I came in, I was told they were closed (they had just opened not even an hour before, and were closed?). This wasn’t really a big problem because I know I should’ve called beforehand. So I called today to make sure they would be open and the lady continues to tell me “yes we will be open, but we’ll be closed for lunch and I don’t know what time we’re going on lunch”) in a rude manner. Knowing that they close at random she should take into consideration how some people travel to that place ( Like me ) and just would like to know before I drive 30 minutes there. Check into cash lost a long time customer and I am making sure none of my family or friends have to deal with this kind of disrespect.

Really great and friendly service. Was help by the store manager Raciel she is sweet as honey. She helped me to get the loan. Dresses very professional like a school teacher. Really professional environment i felt like i was at a bank. Never seen any payday companies employee dressed so professional. Love her attitude and kindness. Thank you Raciel for helping me out❤️ . Highly recommended for anyone who needs a short term loan.

I came in on Friday afternoon after work & was assisted by the manager, Raciel. She was extremely kind & friendly. She was able to do a prequalification for me & then submitted my application. She was completely professional. I would recommend visiting this store front if you are in need of a loan.
