Bank of America Financial Center Sutton Way, Grass Valley

Went in to try and open a new account as well as get a medallion signature approval at the Grass Valley location. Branch manager was extremely hostile and unhelpful. I left feeling terrible and decided to bring my business to Chase instead. I will never bank with B of A b/c of this interaction.

Allie was super funny and entertaining when opening an account for my daughter. Update: went there today with $500 in rolled change ten minutes before closing and the guy behind counter was totally cool about it. I don't recommend doing that of course. Just saying that in my experience, people here have been very courteous.

I have been a customer for 30 years with Bank of America and they continue to try to screw their customers. I had had a "FREE" checking account with them for years and a couple years ago I learned they were stealing money from my account. I went in and asked why are you charging me $8 per month for "Free" checking? They said they changed their rules and to get free checking... I would need to only bank at the ATM. Now that is customer service... So I signed up for their new "Free" checking where I could not set foot in the bank or it would cost $8.95 for the pleasure to speak to an actual employee of BA. Come to find out they changed the rules again and if you receive a statement in the mail they now charge $8.95 per month for their "FREE" checking. I spoke with a lady who said she was the manager "Jackie Wedel" and she claims she runs the branch and asked for a refund. She was extremely rude and said she will not refund the money they have stolen. So if you want to reward little scumbags like Jackie Wedel keep your money with BA. If you are tired of their lies and games as I am, take your hard earned money elsewhere. I hope the money you and your bank stole from me Jackie was worth it!

Worst branch I've ever been too. Bank of America is partly at fault but, the people running this specific branch are either clueless or they don't care! Every time I go in there someone is complaining and it's very unpleasant. I'd give them no stars if I could!

Had a great experience here, and was incredibly blessed by Allie Mesec. She did a great job caring for her customers. The best bank I've been to in a while, honestly.

Everyone knows big banks are greedy. But their people are really good people at this place. There was a mistake recently, and Jason helped me straighten it out tight away. There is still corporate greed, like any big bank, but for I gave them the highest rating because they were willing to straighten it out immediately when there was a wrong charge for something. They also gave me very favorable terms on my kids’ accounts, without charging me fees for a small account with a card.

Carol was the worst, and I mean worst teller I've ever witnessed. Told me they couldn't wire transfer money from my account to my usaa account which I've done several times in the past. She just kept telling me with her four years of experience she knew it wasn't possible. Also 1 teller is a joke fore the 7 people hey had in line. I'll never be back to this establishment and am surprised it's still open with 1 star reviews.

You must make an appointment to do a wire transfer..... mind you there are twice the employees than customers in the building, yet everyone was too busy to make a transfer. Second branch I went to. They take you money fine and dandy, however you want to spend it? Come back when you have an appointment! Banks what a joke

If I could rate this a zero I would! Only 1 teller who has requested addition help 3 times with out response. 10 people in line. This continues to be the worst B of A I have ever been at. They are never in a hurry to help out!
