Bank of America (Drive-thru Service Only) N Gregson St, Durham

Always understaffed. Most of the time the drive thru line is around the building and the line inside is out the door. Usually, the inside is open or the drive thru is open, very rarely are they open at the same time.

This place closes at 2 o'clock but the sign says 4 o'clock

These people are knowledgeable - very knowledgeable. They very, VERY rarely make mistakes. They work hard under trying conditions. If a worker leaves his window - even for lunch or for one of their scheduled breaks they get glares and people talking under their breath about lazy public employees. You try working those conditions. As for long waits - the only times I've had long waits was because there were a lot of people in line. They offer reservation service for many of their services. So think before you whine about dmv workers.

I went to deposit my paycheck on December 28 and was told it would be available by January 2. Suddenly there's been a 12 day hold put on my paycheck so maybe bank elsewhere. Probably a credit union.

went to this location waited a hour an a half to see a associate took only ten min to get my business taken care of and can never get anyone to answer the phone tried for 2 days guess I will have to drive back to the bank got a temporary replacement card it let me pay for $29 in grocery but declined for rent what is the problem

Completely understaffed. They were clearly stressed do to this and provided poor customer service.

Should have sign outside saying "Slowest bank in the land". Expect to spend 30 mins to 1 hour during non-rush hours and 45mins to 1 hour and a half during rush hours. A lot of people who "work" there that do absolutely nothing. This bank could probably work as efficient as it is now with 4 people only.

They are lazy they don't like to help !

This is the worst costumer service ever

Nice people work here, but always a long line and under staffed.
