I had never been to a pawn shop before and the staff here was so professional! Remington (and Kim) gave me a great price on the jewelry I was selling. They treated me with respect and kindness. The whole place had a relaxed, cheerful vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back to sell or maybe buy—they had some great electronics! Huge thanks.

I bought a camera today from here today. Remington helped me with the sale. He is always friendly and professional. He wears bow ties that are awesome. Every day he wears a different one. Very unprofessional. I brought in a 60 dollar dual wireless charger still in the box to sell, along with a few other things i didn't expect to get much for. The lady offers me $7 for everything, might as well spit in my face. I do not suggest bringing in your items to sell here. Picasso pawn is 5 min from here and they do a whole lot better with there offers. I am absolutely disappointed!!

I came in there to shop for my son’s birthday and I left out after I heard one representative (rhonda) speak to other customers and employees. She’s very rude and seems like she was annoyed to be there. I was listening to her talk to a customer and I felt upset by the way she conducted herself. Whoever the manager is needs to fix her attitude because I’ve asked a couple more people about her and they have all said the same. They say when they walk in they ask if she’s in a good mood and it’s normal for her to be angry and cranky. I will not be returning to this store but I will continue to shop with the company. But she needs to fix her attitude because it’s horrible. I feel sorry for the workers.

Always good customer service. I had one issue where a employer (now former) gave me wrong information that caused me to lose a firearm. The manager apologized and helped me out with another loan. Staff is friendly and always offer suggestions to get things paid off quickly. On my list visit, Lennis was extremely helpful and got me squared away.

Every time I go to national pawn on Guess road they treat me like family because I come in here and everybody knows me, and are always smiling and ask how I am doing I have several things on layaway and one day I came in to pay on my items and somehow my card didn't work. One of the employees, Anna the shortest one in the store 😂, always calls me if there's a new gun in the store, that's the kind of people there at the store so, I recommend my family my friends I could recommend anyone reading this to come down here and check it out I've never has a bad experience here or maybe I did when they sold an item that I wanted to get, but it was sold by the time I came back but besides that everything else is perfect.

I'll be honest I did shop around to see if I could get the amount required to buy a new tire. I finally decided to go to national pawn on Guess road. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with pleasantries from Kim. Even though she was waiting on a customer she made it clear that she would be with me momentarily. I bought a bicycle for a fantastic price, and my salesperson Ivelisse explained that the prices are so low because they are out-of-season. The manager seems to maintain very positive relations with the staff, which plays itself out in the way they treat their customers. I plan to check in periodically just to see what they have available.
