I always go to this shop when I need to sell anything. Lincoln was awesome today and spent lots of time assessing my Mom's old jewelry. You can't beat this place for atmosphere and fun!! Highly recommend!

I always, always, get good service by the staff, whenever I go inside the store, but I can't say enough about Lincoln. I have spoken with him a few times, when I called to service my account by phone. He is consistently professional, courteous, and genuinely customer-focused! Thank You !

I LOVE popping into this pawn shop!! I started stopping by because my daught has gymnastics in that area. I usually find deep discounts on a variety of things. I get used DVDs for only 65 cents. These are great for road trips with the kiddos. I've also eyed good prices on everything from electronics to lawn equipment. I've never had any problems with quality either. The store is keep clean and clutter free. And all the staff members are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Be sure to get Lincoln involved if you wanna get the best quality and price. Days before Christmas i walked into a few various shops to scout what each place took for the most cash as i was at a dead end getting my children's gifts with 3 teens a 1 birthday days before Christmas.By a long shot these guys not only made sure i got every last cent worth my items, they also supplied the oh so stressful gifts id searched for! I recently purchased a used microphone from this shop, and everything about the experience was smooth. I looked at many other items as well, and overall pricing was fair to high, depending on the item of course. My Father and I had a problem with the Staff at the one on Guess Rd And was looking for a ring and rushing over to this one and was two minutes late. I received wonderful, top notch customer service from an employee name Darius. I contacted the store on Feb 3, 2017 and spoke with him about a specific item I was looking for and they had the item. I explained to him my current situation, that I was in a cast and it was hard for me to get in and out of my car. I asked would he still be able to assist me with this purchase. Darius said yes and it made my day. He came out to my car and processed my payments and brought me my item. He didn't have to do it, but I am so grateful that he did. Thank you Darius for all that you have done for me....
