Bancorp Bank Belinda reyes South Old Village Pl, Sioux Falls

This bank is the financial institution handling the Chime bank card. There policies regarding the SpotMe overdraft limit are being misrepresented.The Chime reps including all supervisors are adviding their customers that the Chime Spotme limit cannot be manually adjusted while at the same time they are stating in an email sent out to their own cardholders that they have raised the limit on "selected accounts" . This is discriminatory lending!!!

I currently use Chime, and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with The Bancorp Bank. Even when I had an issue with a direct deposit, they were very professional and helpful in resolving my problem, and did so in a timely manner. I have contacted them via telephone and email, and have nothing but high praise for this company and its employees. Great experience all around with using The Bancorp Bank/Chime Banking.

Money MISSING from my account !! I verified my routing & account numbers with the My company payroll department and it was CORRECT, Yet my Direct Deposit is missing ! The OWNER of the company I work for has ALERTED his Bank Because the money was Taken by BANCORP Bank already, & has NOT been deposited into my account ! THERE IS A THIEF WITHIN BANCORP BANK IN SIOUX FALLS !!! BEWARE OF YOUR MONEY IN THIS BANK !! I am already intouch with a Lawyer & he is geared up for a MAJOR Lawsuit !!

They gave me the round and round I called 2/23/17 about my money being deposit in my account from the IRS and call back this time and blah blah blah what this idiots did was return my money back to the IRS and made a lie about my social security number now mind you I gave them a thousand times now because they made the mistake now I have to suffer the hell with them my rating is one because they don't have zeros

They are truly a scammer they are thieves in very unprofessional they have stolen over $10,000 in my account frozen my account and it’s not no one I can talk to to figure out what’s going on I am truly so frustrated and I can’t believe that they can actually get away with this I have been a customer for over two years and the moment I get a large lump sum of cash they steal it and lock my account so I have no access to anything And when I call customer service they can’t tell me why my account is locked in and they tell me they don’t have any access to my account I have to talk to a third-party in out of all the 2 years I have never knew anything about a third party

This "bank" handles Darnden payroll cards. 6 months ago I lost my card. I have sent numerous faxes of ID's and utility bills, leases, ECT trying to get my replacement card. The closest I came was allegedly in June when they "sent" a card to my previous address that I waited at just for it to never show. I have since moved and had to start the process all over again. Just to be given the same run around. ID too dark, we can't read, ect anything to avoid sending my replacement. It has now been 6 months of fighting and will be contacting a lawyer.

Bancorp Bank as far as NetSpend your great, but when it comes to chime banking and your company in your employees chime is a fraud and how they are fraud is about simple I've asked for a debit card five times never received it as for ability to transfer money out of bank account to an actual bank account that I can use did not happen would not work so do not use chime they're a bad about fraud holding your money and not allowing you have access to your bank account!!!!!
