Great experience so far. Whoever runs the facebook page, he or she does a great job. Always answers my questions and is willing to help. Would be nice if they could get on the list of banks that can be verified by third parties because as of now you cant use apps like Dave or Floatme with them. Outside of that, no complaints. Always get my paycheck one day early, hardly ever charged a fee for overdrafts. Great CCU.

Don’t bank there unless you want your credit pulled just for opening a savings account. I can’t believe in order to open a simple savings account they “have to” pull a HARD inquiry! They stick that disclosure in the middle of their fine print then tell you there’s nothing they can do.

I live pretty far from there location & work during the day. A few days ago I went to there bank when I normally do & they were closed. I didn’t know they had switched there hours back to normal banking hours. That was the biggest reason I started banking with Atomic & now that is gone.

We have been banking with ACU since moving to the area a little more than a year ago. We just refinanced our mortgage through Atomic and had the best experience working with Dustten Alley at the Chillicothe branch. He was very professional, communicated with us frequently, listened, and respectfully kept our best interests in mind. If we could give 10 stars for service, we would.

I have been with them for almost a month, now and I had an issue with a deposit. I called and spoke to Allison, within 5 minutes my issue was solved, amazing customer service. 6/5

I love my bank even tho it's àn hour and 20 minutes away from where we currently live.,.

I have a loan for my car through them and I can almost never get through on the phone to make a car payment, I get hung up on constantly, or am put on hold for an hour or longer because they are experiencing "high call volumes", I downloaded the app to try to pass that option but I don't bank through them and there isn't even an option to even add any other bank information to make the car payment. I Cant wait until my car is paid off! I'll never go through them again!

My experience has been nothing but amazing. The staff and customer service is always wonderful; the app/online services are easy to navigate and utilize. The hours are also very flexible to most schedules.
