Universal 1 Credit Union N Bridge St, Chillicothe

I have banked with Universal 1 for about ten years now, and I have never had a complaint. All the staff members are friendly, personable, and always seem happy to help. I only had one experience where there was an issue (human error, it happens) but it was quickly fixed and my late fees were waived. You get to know the staff and it never feels like a chore going in. I highly recommend, you won't regret it.

I am the Finance Manager at Windy City Indian Motorcycle, we are located just north of Chicago. A Customer of ours wanted to purchase his motorcycle and use Universal 1 Credit Union for the financing aspect of the transaction. Being out of state, things tend to be more tedious regarding paperwork, titles, form of payment etc. I spoke to Robyn to verify the transaction and it seems, Illinois and Ohio have different state regulations when issuing Titles. We were at a stand still on how to proceed. Tammy, the manager gave me a call. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure not only her member was taken care of, but my dealership was as well. They were both well spoken, and worked diligently on coming to a mutual agreement to solve the issue. Most importantly they were happy to help! I am extremely satisfied with the experience. You will not find better people and service anywhere else! I have dealt with U1 for several years and I could not imagine going anywhere else. The entire staff is very committed to making sure the members are cared for in any way possible.
