Cashland N Bridge St, Chillicothe

I buy a compound bow from them and the bow limes was cracked and never was told about the piece of mind when I got it and it is going to cost me 200 more dollars to get it fix and I'm a truck driver and it's not like I'm home everyday to have it looked at and they dont what to make it right

I have had great experience with the Cashland in Chillicothe. All the staff were very pleasant and respectful of me. Bought a 1911 there 3 weeks ago. Great price and very clean firearm. Store is very clean, and people are great. Getting another Gun tomorrow that is on layaway when the system is back up. Due to weather its down. After I get this item out and if my experience is different than how its been I will write another review but as of right now they top of the line people and service.

They will not buy any firearms with a barrel shorter than 14 inches but sure as hell will sell them also any firearms you’re wanting to trade just go to waverly and save yourself a trip they have to call the dictator down there and ask permission anyway.

I don't use cash advance often, but when I do it is always Cashland. They are the best that I have dealt with. Plus they don't hide charges and extra fees everything is up front. I have been a customer for over 10 years off and on and have never had a problem.

I hav been a customer at Cashland for 8yrs, they r up front wit u and explain errythang 2 u and they r very respectful 2 U, they giv u way more $$ than da pawn shop....I luv Cashland

they sold me a pad that was in the protective case and i wasn't allowed to check it out before buying.. figure being a long time customer i could trust them... get home with it and everything works no problems but when i went to resell the iPad i removed the case to write the sn down and it was totally scratched off... they sold me a STOLEN IPAD!

I went in today to pay on a layaway and I was told it has been forfeited because it was late. less than a week mind you and I was told the policy was on the receipt. I checked and it is NOT on my layaway agreement. The policy shows how many months you get based on the amount of the layaway and that there is a 10% restocking charge. No where does it state that if it's one day late you forfeit it and LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY that you have paid on it. In my case it was $465. Now anyone else out there that can afford to lose that much money simply because a layaway is less than a week late? I was furious and still am. I have been a LONG time customer of the Cashland stores and spent a great deal of money over the years with them but no more. I have pawned, sold and bought many items and feel that I was treated very unfairly. I have two pawn loans that are still outstanding and I will redeem those but I will never step foot in the Chillicothe, Portsmouth or Waverly pawn shops again. If this is how they make extra money it's tantamount to theft. And if this is how they treat customers who have done business with them for years then I am no longer going to be a customer. Pawn shops are a dime a dozen and this one isn't worth the whole dime. Beware folks that's all I have to say.

I myself like this place, most of the employees are very nice and the place isn't trashy, so what they don't have a case to put your jewelry in...

Great at taking advantage of people in hard times and and very great at undervaluing your items just so they can make a killing they are nowhere near fair great place to get ripped off

The manager is a rude man, he does not listen to the customer when asked a question. The staff is awfull, and your information is not safe with them.
