We just bought a house and used Northwest Title as per our realtors suggestion. And let me tell you, they have been the worst and most unprofessional title company that I've ever dealt with. They didn't have the right paperwork at the signing, they insisted that our insurance start the week before closing which has caused some issues with billing since the other person is still in possession of the house, and the agent at the signing didn't have the deed either. The agent was late. They didn't have the realtor's check and they had not informed the other agent that they would be funded the next day. If I were you, I'd look elsewhere for a title company.

Representative met with us to close on a holiday with the end of contract date “accidentally” being on Black Friday. Done in less than an hour and on our way. Was really nice to be able to get it done first thing in the morning as well. Awesome job! Very friendly and professional.

Very poor communication. Told me everything was closed and good to go. After 5 hours of wondering where the payment was (they said it would take 3 hours max and usually only 45 min) I called. Never got a call back so I emailed. They informed me that we weren't closed and there was a hold up on payment. I had already given the buyer the keys to the house. They should have delayed closing. After all of this they wired the money incorrectly and I had to wait 4 days to receive payment. Would not recommend.
