I refinanced my home, sold it and bought a new one within 4 months and Hometown made it extremely easy. Great communication. I rarely had to call them, they kept me updated every step of the way. When I did have to call, it was because I forgot something-not them. I would recommend them over and over and over. Everyone is so pleasant and easy to talk to. Thank you all for everything you did to make everything fall into place like it did.

It was an overall great experience for the fact that we are closing on our first house together tomorrow! But we felt like the whole process was very unorganized. We went from one person to the next inside of hometown, each who would ask for the same documents multiple times, not being made aware of things until the last minute, it felt as if they were not even working in the same office. Though we have to say that everyone was very polite and we are thankful that we got our house in such a relatively short time!

Very helpful in this crazy market. Answered all (which was quite a few) questions we had and called with updates weekly. Only thing I wish we knew more about were the requirements of FHA vs Conventional. But overall great results and we got the keys !! :)
