Please open this location back up it’s really close to my house

This is the worst check cashing facility it is located at 4496 Glendwood Road Decatur, GA 30032 I entered the store on Tuesday 8-11-2015 around 9:50 a.m. I was the ONLY customer. There was an older woman there around 60yrs old and a young man there around 35yrs old. They did not have on any name badges. I stood there for a few minutes no one ask if they could help or assist me. They was on the computer walking around do other things answering the phone etc. They never acknowledge me, so I walk out. On top of that the store was nasty. I took my business to the ace check cashing store on memorial drive where I received excellent service.

I came to the store 10 minutes before close and the woman inside at the first desk wouldn’t let me in. The time is 7:54 on 4/6/21 and they close at 8pm and I was refused service. I have bills to pay too!!! She literally stared at me while I was outside and shut the lights off and refused to see me. I will be calling in the morning.

Out of APRIL, MICHELLE, & NICOLE, one of them was VERY RUDE to me concerning some insurance! I called to get a follow up on a quote and the lady was very nasty to me! I GET you could careless about me getting insurance but that mean ass nasty ass smart mouth was unnecessary! NOW AS A BLACK WOMAN TRYINGTO MAKE IT ANOTHER BLACK WOMAN PUSJES ME FROM A GOOD OPPORTUNITY! THANKS FOR NOTHING

Michelle is always the quickest and most pleasant.. Great customer service!!!

They western union machine is always down!!! Don’t even see why they still in business at this location 😤
