The manager is very rude don’t waste your time go somewhere else

This is the worst check cashing place I have ever been too. The oldest cashier working their and I were in a very heated verbal altercation she called me a dyke and said I needed a different bra and said my mom was a dog an I wasn't raised right all because I asked for the policy on cashing a check that was two weeks old antagonzizing me an provoking into an argument with me saying things like roof roof. And then the other clerk there asked me to leave instead of trying to accommodate me who is running this store ????? !!!!!!!

First time cashing my check there and Mr. Terence was very helpful, informative and friendly. That's especially nice after working all day in the rain.

I don't like This Western Union. After calling several Western Unions on a Sunday morning that supposed to be open were actually closed. So I call this location to make sure they were open, a guy answered the phone. I asked if they was open to make sure before I drive there. His response was " IM ANSWERING THE PHONE AINT I" ... was very rude.. never going back ... EVER..

I arrived at this location @ 9pm after travelling from Conyers web and door states they close at 1030 one of the signs stated 24hrs but the girl on the inside saw me pulling on the door and looked down. I stated signing asking her were they closed she holds up 9 fingers. How inconvenient this is for me gas wasted etc....

Worst customer service ever! I would give them 0 stars if I could. I attempted to cash a payroll check here and was refused due to another employee cashing a check there a week before. They said the previous employee that cashed there previously check hadn't cleared yet, so they can't cash mine. Absolutely ridiculous, this place should be closed. 0 stars

I came one night to cash my check and I was told that my check was a scam? I question them asking how and they told me that the last time I came in was one year ago, and this check is printed the last one was written? I stated that I usually go to a bank but the bank was closed due to mlk day. They rudely told me it was nothing they could do because the check was printed instead of written. Okay guys can we get somebody with proper education to do this job?

This place is horrible! Black people with attitudes! I been coming for years! Today i go in this guy look like he cant read to well along with the rest of the staff looking like crackhead tell me i can't sign my check before i get to the counter them he take my check to another lady and she say the images dont match in the system! Which is a lie ! They so busy playn on the phone talkn to the fake owner that thet cant do there jobs! Black people please get together cause not everyone will scam and risk there life for a 1,000 check with my kids with me find you some safe to do old as man😩y'all do nothing in this check cashing place but hire crackhead wondering who really scamming....

I recently called today to ask a question. The Manager answered me rudly then goes to start yelling in the phone. When called back another associate answers and gets smart then hangs ups. Called a third time for the customer service number she gives me a wrong number and hangs up. Definitely NOT a customer service business .
