Associated Credit Union Buford Dr, Lawrenceville

Went to deposit a check to my acct at ACU at the main branch and I needed to add my wife’s signature. I picked her up and brought her with me to the branch here, closer to my house, and was given a copy of the check and my wife’s ID to sign off on. After doing so, the teller then proceeds to tell me she cannot deposit the check. Meanwhile, I deposited a $24,000 from the same people months prior …. Totally unacceptable and now I have to go back to the main branch to fix this issue. Thanks a lot

I've banked with this Credit Union since 1993, I know ppl with other Credit Unions and I feel this is the better choice. Good services, low Apr rates and good customer service. I never give 5 stars to leave room for improvements.

I am grateful they helped me even without an appointment. They didn't have to. I've always had great customer service at the Buford Dr branch! I've been a member for several years. I hate that the lobby is closed.

We love our credit union, my girlfriend and I go here about once a week, and all the tellers know us. Very friendly at this locale, lucky for us because it's closest to us. Some other locations do not employ as amicable people as the folks​ here on Buford Dr.

I went to the drive thru and she did not even greet me. As soon as I pulled up to do a deposit she looked at me and walked off. Horrible customer service, then after 10 min she asks me do I need something and immediately walks away. I left and did not do my deposit. I will never return to this associated credit union very rude.

Excellent customer services. Very clean establishment. The employees are very professional and courteous. The bank itself is amazing. The tellers are very nice and helpful. Never a lot of people in there so wait time is pretty quick. I recently reopened my account with them and a manager gave me a temporary card and told me I'd recurve the real one in 7-10 days. 2 months later I still haven't gotten it, so I called and explained the situation. It turns out the card I had was the real one and whoever told me that was wrong. So tbh they should communicate with each other a little more. Also while on the phone the lady had the general vibe of "get him off the phone now" she was very blunt (which IDC about) but she genuinely seemed disinterested and clearly I felt like i was wasting her time. I ended up feeling like I was the insane one at the end of the convo.

I went into the office today to open a checking account,I was greeted by a very nice lady. Mrs joeann Malone. She treated me so well and answered all of my questions. I really did enjoy my visit there. You feel welcome. Thank you Mrs Malone.

Love this location! They are like a family to me. Trust them with my all financial needs.
