Car buying can be frustrating and take a long time…Torrey made sure that my experience with US Auto Sales was the complete opposite of that. I appreciate the time, care, and knowledge Torrey provided, it made the process so simple. I felt at ease with making my car selection because he was very patient with making sure that it was the right car for me. Simple things like making a list of pros and cons on different choices, getting to know my request and what made since for my investment. Even when there was a moment of concern with the vehicle, Torrey assisted with finding ways to ensure there wasn’t anything wrong. Overall amazing experience, Torrey and his team were great and I love my new car!

If I could give u.s. auto sales no stars I would! They DO NOT care about their customers. We have had a car from u.s. auto sales for 6 months and it's nothing but problems! They claim we owe money but we haven't been late on a payment once! Be warned they will give you a car without transmission fluid as they did to us. Our car cut off while we were driving on the interstate 30 minutes after they gave us this car! Trust me take your business elsewhere. They put us on a payment plan that they knew we wouldn't afford. They fired the man who gave us our car and they fired the manager right after our sale. BEWARE!!

What a great place, noone else worked with me and these guys got me into a great car at an affordable price. They really work with your credit and income.Torrey, the guy i worked with, was extremely helpful in everything from insurance to monthly payments. Tasha was great also i wished i worked with her more. Also jabari helped a bunch too i wish i met him

The worst company ever!!! The engine went out the second week!! This is not the first bad experience with this company. I wouldn't recommend to my enemy. Don't desire any stars..

I can to U.S auto with limited resources. Only a busted Honda Civic and a couple hundred dollars and rode out with a " new" car. Even after alot of back and forth and my "difficult" attitude the staff never lost patience or stopped working to get me in a car. Damian really made the process enjoyable. The choice of music in the office was top shelf. I never felt pressured for the purpose of making a sell as much as them pressuring me because the wanted to help. Thank you for not giving up even though I pretty much had. I will be back and send anyone I know needing a car to see Damian at U.S Auto in Lawrenceville.

Great customer service all around Torrey and Djerry were very helpful and nice. The process was smooth. We wanted a vehicle within our price range and reason and got just that. I appreciated especially how great they were at guiding us to the right car choice without being overly pushy. Answered all our questions and gave us time to think before we moved forward. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends in need of a car.

Djery is a amazing sales man. He was very helpful for my first time buying a car in GEORGIA being a new resident. I appreciate this help and recommend him to anyone that’s looking. & The insurance being my age is expensive and was able to get me the lowest quote possible.
