What I liked best about Todd was that he was extremely honest and I never felt like we were just another transaction to him. Never ever refinance with this company. We refinanced and there was a closing error ( on their part) on our property taxes and now a year later we are getting hammered with fees. This company has admitted it was their fault for this closing error but we have yet to hear back on what their going to do for us. We are looking to take our homeowners loan somewhere else. Ridiculous.

This had to be the easiest home purchase I have ever had. Chris and the team kept me posted throughout the process with weekly updates as well as regular phone calls just to check-in, including the night before closing again, just to let me know everything was ready to go. If purchasing a new home Chris is your man for the job.

Chris and his team are amazing. We started with another lender and switched to Chris in the middle and was closed in 3 weeks. We are Veterans and his team was able to get everything required for a VA loan submitted in a timely manner. The entire staff was always knowledgeable on all of my questions and we received weekly updates. Highly recommended.

I was set to go with my bank as the lender however the property that o chose required that i go with New American Funding and truthfully it was the BEST outcome for me. This loan was FULLY processed and funded within 10days. Albin’s team worked tirelessly to expedite my process without lacking the integrity of the business. They communicated EVERY single step of the processed, answered every question i had and answered EVERY phone call and email. I was thoroughly pleased and impressed with their customer service.

I remember this loan agency 2 years ago I spoke to someone name Byron and they gave me the run around with different agents, last year I contacted Zillow loans and the agent took care of me after talking to him he got me an outstanding loan! Finally got my house, I couldn't believe it! Guys shop around im glad I did! I only gave them 2 stars because they kinda did answer when I called and if they couldn't be reached they would call me back.

They were very knowledgeable and patience, my process was a bit challenging the team was very consistent as well as encouraging. They made me feel very comfortable and even call to check on me from time to time. Albin assured me that we were going to the closing table and we did on 10/24/18 and closed on my home. 100 percent recommend New American Funding! Dauly is awesome! We had constant contact throughout the process even after after hours. What an absolutely piss poor experience my family has had dealing with this company. From the start, our loan “consultant” Ivan Carrasquero was unprofessional, untimely, and just overall unreliable. From not bothering to call about important matters, like when we’re closing, to demanding last minute paperwork from us, that we had already sent him. Just very unorganized. In reading through the reviews I see here on google, I wish we could have gotten the great experience the other family’s got with Chris or Todd, they sound wonderful. If you have the option, please ask for anyone else other than Ivan. Don’t waste your time or money.
