I worked with Zack and he was absolutely amazing. I was at the dealership for 7 hours and he was patient with me the entire time. Whenever a car just didn’t fit he always had another for me to consider. Because of Zack, I’m now driving the car that has everything I was looking for and more. If i could give 0 stars i would. I bought a car and within a week it was in the shop for an alignment issue. 2 weeks after, my car shut down on the side of the highway. I called everyone i could from the dealership, DWOC, mechanic to mechanic and NO ONE offered any help. Instead all i got was an attitude and snarky comments from everyone. They were VERY unprofessional and very unhelpful. The manager Jeff was rude, the salesmen who would answer the phone were rude, and i would NEVER recommend anyone to visit this dealership or any other Us auto sales if this is the treatment paying customers are given. Almost two weeks later and i still don’t have a working car in my possession. I’ve made complaints, to no prevail. I’ve been given fake numbers to call, hung up on, lied to and all because i was just trying to get help. I paid for a car that i thought was going to serve its purpose, but it did the complete opposite. They’ve turned my first car buying experience into one that i wish to forget.

US AUTO SALES is a very horrible place to purchase a vehicle from. Their lack of communication has caused me to turn my vehicle in while paying the car note because it was never properly inspected before being sold to me. The alternator went out on my vehicle a month after purchasing it. I’ve spent thousands on repairs because of a faulty contract. I was sold a vehicle with dry rotted tires and a cracked battery as well as axle issues. The salesperson in which I purchased the vehicle from was fired last year from for fraudulent activities and now I believe that my credit and personal information is in jeopardy. This location is off of Buford Drive in Lawrenceville Georgia. I have spoken to a gentleman by the name of Mr. Mike Murphy off of University Parkway who has told me over and over again after I’ve reached out to him that he would return my calls and send emails yet never has. I have spoken to an individual by the name of Tasha at the Buford Drive location Who also told me she’s going to call me back and she has not. The only calls that I receive now are for non payment for a vehicle that is no longer in my possession yet no one from local to corporate has done their due diligence by responding to this issue which has now affected my immaculate credit history/score. This company only wants the sale, nothing less and nothing more. I was forced to enter into another contract for a reliable vehicle so I was paying two car notes at once attempting to remain patient. Still nothing. The staff is horrible. The vehicles are trash. Customer service is non existent and I’m TIRED. TAKE HEED!!!!

My son and my dad decided to get my son his "First Car". The car that was sold has a leak in the windshield, so EVERYTIME it rains, the inside is soaked. Also, NO BRAKES!!! The pads are metal on metal and cutting grooves into the rotors! My son is just barley an adult. How dare you take advantage of him!!! The best part, when my son took it to you for you to fix, you told him to make an appointment at Pep boys to have it fixed! I will be calling the BBB. And a Lawyer!

This company hates you and everyone who works for it I know because I used to work there. They will sell you a horrible car at a way too high price. Good reviews are only before cars are driven or towed away

The 5 stars that I’m giving is to Laketa P. She works in as customer response advocate for U.S auto sales. She went above and beyond when no one else would to have the situation resolved and my car repaired in a timely matter. She made sure I was ok everyday and checked on the issue everyday and made sure I was updated about what was going on and the number one reason for 5 stars is that she listened and understood what I was going through. She actually cares unlike some others at this dealership. If you afforded the luxury for her to work on your claim you’ll bee in good hands . Thanks Laketa for a job well done.

Where do I start!! This is the third car I have purchased with US Auto Sales and I will Never in life buy another one. My first two cars where great..this last one has been hell. In July of this year, will be a year that i would have this car & Already..i needed a transmission...which was Covered by the extra warranty I purchased but the that also came with issues!! Worst experience Ever !! Do not purchase a car from here. Im not sure if they have new management or are now saling car that dont work....either way.....Run!!! Also while my car was in the shop for two weeks...they still wanted a car payment. dont get my started on the warranty company! To say more Brian (my sales guy) was awesome!! Other then that... Throw the Whole business away. ....... To update my review, after about a week of what I posted a young lady by the name of Laketa Proctor, reached out to me about the issues I was having with my vehicle to see if there was anything she could do. As a result Mrs Proctor (Customer Advocacy Specialist) helped me in some many ways. First by listening to my issues with concern, second she was able to assist me in receiving credit for the money I paid out on Uber rides while my car was in the shop, she also assisted me with passing a payment back until I could get back on the right track. Im very grateful for her help. In closing this company needs More understanding & helpful employees like Mrs. Laketa Proctor.

This was a great experience. Otto was very personable and professional. The process took a little less than three hours and I was able to get the car I wanted. He even found crayons and colored with my godson to keep him entertained while I signed my paperwork. I would definitely recommend coming here and talking with him about getting a car

The worst dealership every. Every since I've my car. I purchased my car 3 years ago. It's spends more time in the shop. I had to get the motor replaced, the water pump had to be replaced and alot more work done on it. It's a huge headache.

I purchased my vehicle in November of 2019. I purchased the Gap and Extended warranty from US Auto. In the last month and a half I have been lied to. I had an adjuster come out on the 12th of July, the assessment says I needed a transmission. It took them two weeks to try and locate and approve the amount. I was told it would take 5-7 business day for it to arrive its been two weeks as of yesterday and it still hasn't arrived. Im paying for a rental out of pocket $300 a week and i'm going on week three. This is the worst experience I have ever had and will never use them again!! I have currently hired and attorney, I have every intention on getting all my money back from the rental car since DOWC, only wants to pay $35 for 5 days yet im 20 days plus in a rental and the transmission still hasn't arrived nor have i been able to get anyone to call me back. I've had to take time out of my day every day to call about this situation, which is absolutely ridiculous!!

Brian was great! Drove all the way to Tennessee just to pick up my 2018 Malibu. He was very patient due to this being my first car. He was very helpful and would recommend him to anyone.

I've had my car with them for almost 2 yrs now. I never had a problem until last week. My car was disabled thru no fault of my own. After FINALLY getting through to someone. My payment was found and all they could say was sorry!! Wow!!! After I have spent $100 in Uber rides and $225 having my car towed and not to mention $ 216 on a starter because my mechanic thought that was the problem!!! I have reached out for an explanation with NO response from anyone ***** UPDATE**** I have been contacted about my account. The issue has been resolved.

They call you everyday so you can buy a car but after they get that down payment and you need work on your car or need to speak with somebody they’re nowhere to be found…Customer service is horrible!! I’ve called multiple times and never received a call back. This is not me being bitter but I DON’T want the same thing to happen to somebody else. Please keep your money and go somewhere else. The salesman botched up the sale of the vehicle, now I have to work to straighten it out. Only had the vehicle for 2 weeks and the ignition switch and two other parts went bad. Now they wont talk to me, cant even get a manager to call.me back. Warranty no good, of course for the parts that are bad. Now I'm dealing with DWOC who sent the vehicle to a HORRIBLE DEALSRSHIP to be repaired, and what should've taken total 3 days has taken almost 3 weeks. I'm so sick.of this and I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM AGAIN. THIS Location is the worst.

I bought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee on April 9, 2021. Within 3.5 months my vehicle started to misfire. This is normally fixed with a change of the spark plugs and/or coils. It did not fix the problem. I had the fuel injector changed. It did not fix the problem. Now my vehicle has been sitting at a reputable mechanic shop for a month, and the warranty company DOWC is telling them to break the engine down and figure it out. They keep sending different inspectors that say the same thing. The entire time I am still required to make payments, but I have lost my job due to not being able to get back and forth for work. The shop says this is not worth it and DOWC will not pay for all the work to figure it out. This is obviously not a wear and tear problem but I will be partially on the hook. US Autosales does not do a thorough check up of the vehicles they received. I reviewed my warranty and I should not be on the hook for any of this. DOWC just refused to do what the shop needs done, getting an engine replacement. Now what does this have to do with US Autosales? It's their warranty company, and I had other mechanic shops say they make it difficult to get the right work paid for. If it is minor, they'll easily rectify the situation. If it cost more, they will push back as much as possible. They say US Autosales sell vehicles in horrible conditions. I don't know about other people but my experience match up to what they have said. Please save your money and go to another dealership.

If you are unable to get a from CarMax this is a decent place to go. But make sure you full inspect the vehicle inside and out thoroughly. I recently made a purchase and it hasn't even been 30 days. I've had to take my car to the shop twice. If you have problems I personally suggest talking directly to the manager not the person who sold you the car. They barely answer the phone and will give you bs answers. Keep in mind they do not give out loaner vehicles but do rental reimbursements because they don't have personal mechanics/a repair shop.

I brought my vehicle on 5/5/19. My entire experience was a blessing from God!!!!!! I spent 4 hours max at location, these ppl know what the hell they doing.... Melissa the finance agent is amazing, patient, and kind. The selection was exceptional and all of the sales agents are AWESOME!!!! I highly recommend anyone with credit issues to seek them out. Went to sports and imports on Buford dr on 1/13/21 and I live in Rockmart. Called before I went up there and verified what their website said was true drive an hour and a half out there and long story short they couldn’t help. I got sent to us auto sales and my sales rep was Brian Chand and he was amazing. Done everything he could and finally got me into a new vehicle. If it wasn’t for him I’d be in my sticky situation with my previous vehicle that stopped running. I would definitely recommend going here and ask for Brian Chand. I promise he will hook you up.

I brought a 2003 BMW 325ci with 72k miles on it 10 years ago...now with 202k on it, besides regular maintenance, (brakes, belts, plugs, battery, oil change, O2 sensors), replaced water pump at 140k, and doing alternator this weekend at 202k. I did a transmission replacement at around 130k, but BMW are known for the reverse gear failing at times over 100k. Other than that, the car is great, US Auto got me in and I drove off that day, and the3 BMW wasn't the car I was coming to see..!! I literally could not believe I was leaving with the car, even as the salesman, (sorry, forgot his name) was putting the temp tags on..! IHe told me to leave my mothers car in the locked yard, and come back the next day with her to get her car in my new car..it was great. I wish at the time they were reporting to the credit score companies, but from what I was told they are now. They worked with me whenever I may be late on a payment, and at 45 years old, it was the first car I totally paid off in my life...I'm ready for a second Beamer now, and I will be going back to US Auto...!!!

Barron was the best car sales man I have ever encountered. I know for a fact I gave him a very hard time but he most def came thru for me on my brand new mustang . I've had my truck a little over a month and I've had to take it to the chevy dealership to get repairs done on it 3 times already. Luckily I have the extended warranty on it because all together theres almost been $5,000 worth of work done to it. I was also given a set of keys when I first purchased the vehicle and the key fob didnt even go to my truck. I tried to get them to fix this problem but never got any help just got someone on the phone who would "call me back" when they talked to the locksmith or whatever. Never happened. So overall my truck has been getting worked on longer than I've had it and the help I've received from u.s. auto sales has been very minimal.

My service writer Glenn was awesome. I've had several bad experiences with this company and he has made my having to return to this for service alot more pleasant. The sales reps are always nice but I cannot say that the cars they sell are quality. I am also not sure of the accuracy of diagnosis or quality of the repairs as I have had bad experiences with both. But once again Glenn was outstanding and patient addressing my concerns and this process less painful. Good job on that part.

Do not! I mean DO NOT dare do business with these guy! The service member relief act is a federal law/right for military members! This company will try their very best not to honor it! All the way down to waiting until you’re gone to basic training and deployment( where your mind should be on the mission) to take your car, or honor the rule. They even make it as hard as possible.

Jeff, stuck with me and my constant vehicle changes, he kept calling dealerships to check vehicles for me. Jeff went above and beyond for me. I have always just settled on vehicles in the past. Jeff wouldn’t let me do that. He wanted me happy with it. I ended up with a 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo with every option available, low miles and a squeaky clean car-fax. The way the hands have been dealt lately it was a great experience. Will be recommending Jeff to anyone I hear that is looking for a vehicle. Jeff hasn’t heard it’s name! My wife has named it BlooBallz 😂😂😂

To be quite frank, if I would’ve given it a 1 star review if asked to give a review off the get go. Not because of the service I received but because of the market itself. Used cars are going by quicker than what they get uploaded to the system. But I’ll say this, just when I was ready to give up, my salesman, Jeff, really showed determination to make things happen and helped me not lose site of the possibility. He went above and beyond, to make sure we didn’t just “settle” out of desperation, and made constant communication of the steps needed and explained the possible outcomes of any decision that was made. In the end, this journey was a tough but extremely rewarding one. So I just want to say thank you to Jeff, and Mike, for making things happen.

All I can say is Kearney was nothing less than amazing. He catered to me like no other. The car I wanted was in another state and he made it happen for me quickly, wiyh help from Zach. They made me feel like my happiness mattered. When it was time for me to pick my new car up , he Uber me there as a courtesy. My car was everything I thought it would be. My wife and I bought a car from them last year. Ever since we bought it, its been having problems. The the funny thing is, a major component of our vehicle went out and it wasn’t covered under warranty. Had to shovel out over $1000 to get it fixed. And it’s currently messed up again. These people sell you cars that have problems but obviously they cut off the check engine light and don’t do any inspection on the cars before sale. And if they do, they lie just to make the sale. We’ve been trying to get the situation rectified but they don’t care anything about customer satisfaction. But theyll be on you if you’re a day late with the note. Every one of them seem nice until you remember, they are care salesmen. They are all scammers and only care about making a sale. They don’t give you another car either so you’re pretty much stuck with the on you have. Also, put the cars value in on KBB before purchase. They spike up the prices for cars that are worth like 5K. Horrible place man. Stay away at all cost. Get a peddle bike before going here.

Sorry i couldn’t give less than 1star. My wife is a service member and was trying to get her account adjusted under her SCRA rights. Called multiple times and not one customer service member was helpful. Our car was even shut off because of their failure to fix our account. We have a daughter and had to ride with friends to take her to school. This problem is still not fixed. I’m appalled at this treatment of our service members and their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone! PLEASE RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN!!!!

I’ve never had any good experience dealing with them I’ve had my car for 3 years and still have 14000 left . They will cut your car off soon as you don’t make a payment. I can go on and on . Just don’t waste your time money or energy

In order to get tag I had to paid for emmison and they were suppose to reimburse me. I called and email receipt but Tonya in Tag office said it would be mailed to me in form of a check but have nerver received. I let it go but buyer beware

Took My Gf Mikela there 2 months ago and helped her by Paying half the Down payment on a car that broke down like 2 weeks afterwards and took forever to resolve issue and get her in another vehicle and then Another . Sadly they say whatever to get you in. I drove my mother over 1 hr. after texting a sales guy named Evon. He texted me all these nice cars the previous day before our visit. Even after I gave him our budget he said these are the cars my mom would qualify for. Well, we arrived they had nice cars. But it was not the price promised. HE LIED! After I asked him about the price we talked about he said it's up to financing, he can't tell me the exact numbers. Remind you this is a buy here pay here lot so they use the same formula with all their customers. Smh I figured that because he said all the cars could have a $888 pick up payment. He then showed us a old honda fit for a college student. We left. We won't return. I'm very dissatisfied! He's also in love with his cell phone, he stayed on it while we were talking. Very unprofessional.

This was the biggest mistake my fiance and i have gotten ourself into. At the very beginning it was a good experience. Our salesman mike was very patient and understanding. He got us into our first car which was a dodge journey. We stayed in the office 9 hours. We drove it off the lot and the very next day the check engine light came on and we had lost power. The car would barley go so we reached out to our salesman mike and he told us to bring it in and look online for a replacement vehicle. We came in and he we got a vehicle we didnt want at all but they preceded with putting us into that vehicle. At this point the manager became unprofessional and told us we will handle it the following monday. Made us feel like it was all our fault that we didnt want the car they brought to the store. We stayed at the store 4 hours and left with the van. While we waited for monday we chose another vehicle and we told our salesman mike we found a dodge durango we liked. He went to pick it up from Columbus Ga and the second it got there we noticed a nail in the tire. We drove it off the lot and not even 30 minutes later the check engine light comes on. We took pictures, called the salesman, and he said to call the warranty company to set up an appointment. The whole experience after signing this big responsibility to make this outrages payments that is basically half a rental payment for a house is unimaginable. On top of all of this we have 8 children to support and take care of. We came in looking for a relaible car so we can handle our daily routines and we came out with a huge burden.

Do not purchase your car from here ! My girlfriend just purchased car 11/26/2021 and her car has already went out!( Transmission) it has been a nightmare dealing with there warranty company to get car towed (DWOC) since Saturday car is still not towed ! Whoever they got to tow car left her car and the car was impounded because the towing fee wasn’t enough money for them to take car so they left it where she was left stranded in the middle of the road !None of this was known until this morning 2 days later that they didn’t pick her car up the warranty company sent text messages and assured her that her car had made it to a repair shop we went by Monday morning only to find the car not there ! No one has also contacted her about the issue from the office that is going on…she is left with no transportation! Was told they would reimburse here for a rental car which she shouldn’t be paying for a rental for a car she just bought from this company less then two weeks ago for a failed transmission. Troy from a different location I had reached out and been helpful ! We called to speak to the manager and was hung up on!we have been so busy with this towing from the warranty company they we didn’t bother to call back ! Do not purchase a car from here you will go through the same thing if you have any issues out of your car !

Well I went to the Stone Mountain location got approved looked at some cars and the gentle told me to come back when I have the money. I became a lol discouraged SOOOOOO, I decided to go to the lawrenceville location and was informed even if you don’t have the entire down payment….. YOU CAN PUT IT ON LAYWAY YALL!! Baby I got my car and signed my papers within a week !!!! Baby before tell you NO, COME TALK TO RO !!!! He gone get you RIIIIGGGHHHHTTTTTT & RIDING. I highly recommend.👌🏾🙏🏾

Wanted to make a quick update, less than 30 days. About 2 days later the car started making a clicking sound as I reversed on a small incline let them know said i could go exchange it with an additional $200 down, had to wait till Monday, ended getting rear ended by a lady, passed the 5 day exchange policy. Asked for managements number was not provided it. $600 was not the only down payment, I had to make two additional $361 dollar payments back to back weeks, and the next week a regular $200 payment is due, so I’ve paid more than 1300 down, Car is still making the click as I reverse on small inclines, hasn’t been 30 days, and im being told in order for them to look an repair I have to pay $100 out of my pocket. JUST AN UPDATE FOR THOSE CONSIDERING!! OH, also the same day I took it home I was trying to clean the windshield when I did it scrapped bad when I got home looked at it missing and broken wiper (:

Sales staff was great. But they did not offer me a warranty to purchase. Now my truck is dead needs a new engine. Now I'm stuck paying for a vehicle I can't use. I don't recommend buying unless you get a two or three year warranty. Especially on a vehicle 2004 and later. All cars are having issues. Atleast the big 3 are. The manufacturers are doing nothing about the problems they have caused. Just putting this out there. P.S. I was told that they could not do a warranty with my loan. That is b.s. the head lights quit working. The sales guy knew they may not work cause he double checked them. They work for a bit. Then I got pulled over cause one was going on then off. Who ever works on cars for them doesn't do a very good job. I had to cut the factory plug out and solder the wires back together. Have had no more problems with that. But nevertheless I still owe 16,000 plus on a vehicle that don't run. And no help from Chrysler or U.S. auto sales. So check the vehicle out very well before buying. Cause once you buy you are stuck with it. All they want is your money. They are no way interested in helping me. Even thoe I have not missed a payment. Yes if you have credit issues they will work with you and get you in a car. But after that it is not the same as when you bought the car. Unless you get a warranty purchased. If they even offer it. Worst car buyer experience I ever had. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased a 2010 Nissan Titan for work. Gave them a $2000 down payment, and left the lot with the truck. 2 week later the truck is repossessed. I called to inquire why, they stated it was a issue with the down payment" also the vehicle is already at the auction and sold. They would add the difference to my account. My mind is blown at this point... now the price of the while vehicle is on my credit and they still won't help or give me any answers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Mike Cash and his staff are SCUM. Save your money and go to a more reputable dealer like car max or such.

PLEASE BE AWARE! Horrible company that should be charged with usary. They will help you get into a car, no doubt. But the aftermath of dealing with them is a nightmare. First off, they do not honor their promise regarding the referral fee. I referred my son who has had his vehicle with them for 2 years. I never received the referral fee. Now I feel bad for referring my son as he now has to deal with their horrible service. Second, I made all of my payments for two years. During the pandemic I was late one week. Of course they turned my car off during this time. So I could not drive. I paid my note a week late , they turned the car back on. I then made my next payment that was due. The following week they turned the car off again claiming I missed a payment somewhere in actuality requiring a total of 4 payment for the month September when I'm scheduled to pay biweekly. I plan to report the company to BBB. As well as reach out to the ADA to see if they can be charged with usary. Even if you're desperate for a car, DO NOT GO HERE. There are other dealerships that will get you into a vehicle without ripping you off as well as break promises and bad customer service. Also they promised to upgrade you after two years of payment. Don't fall for it. It's a complete lie.

One particular sales associate, apparently an assistant, did anything but his job oh, he even went as far as to argue with me and tell me I was wrong while I was holding documentation in my hand. Complete run around. Outrageous overcharges. First car payment issues. Double charging me this car payment. The only person who is respectable is the sales associate who I signed off on. only recommend if you enjoy these things

Shopping with US AUTO SALES Lawrenceville location was a great experience. I have been looking for my dream car for months and they were the only company that approved me to finance da car I wanted. The salesman Barron was very helpful and the process was very fast. He got most of my information over the phone and soon I got there I got in and out with no problems.. It only took a hour & a half to finish my paperwork to get me rolling. It was an awesome experience and everyone in the facility seemed friendly and very professional I would definitely refer someone else to this dealership.

Bought a car not even 2 weeks ago. First warm day - no a.c. . Called the location. Ne help there. Call some other # for a third party warranty. Now told I have to spend $100 to take the vehicle elsewhere just to have it looked at.. what b.s.... by the way no floormats in vehicle at all

The process to buy my car was very smooth. However, I was suppose to have a 30 day warranty and the service center keeps trying to charge me $165 for a wheel alignment. The salesmen are really nice, but the service center is terrible. I am here right now still struggling to get my vehicle fixed. I had an appointment at 8am and 3.5 hrs later, I’m still here waiting on a wheel alignment. I’m still trying to figure out the point of setting the appointment. I have called off work two times to get a wheel alignment and they act like I’m trying to rob a bank! Terrible, terrible, terrible experience with the service center. They should really hire more professional workers. **update now going on 5 hours for a wheel alignment!!

Buying experience was great no complaints about that at all. The only issue I have is that they don’t give grace periods just in case u may have something come up and maybe a few days late. The experience is that I had I was late 5 days exactly and I paid my car note on that Sunday and for some reason the online could not regenerate a new code once u made your payment and here I am on Monday morning can’t get to work because I have to wait until they open at 9 in order to get my car to start. My thing if you all is going to have kill switch on the car make it more easier for the system to generate a code once payment is made not have somebody to wait for u all to open at 9. It was my first time being late!
