    Me and my boyfriend went into this location at 4:45pm today to open a joint checking and savings account. A guy named Mark mentioned that they close in 12 minutes and it takes about 30 minutes to open an account. He then proceeded to say “so y’all are going to keep us here past closing to open an account?” Afterwards he told me that I could do it myself on their Bank of America app in less than 5 minutes. I told him I didn’t want to inconvenience him and make them stay past 5pm to help me and I’d use the app. Another banker offered to at least help me open the account using the app on my phone. Needless to say, I absolutely DO NOT recommend going to this location and/or getting assistance from Mark. He was extremely unhelpful. I was able to open the account on my phone with the other guy’s help (who mentioned he was from another location).

    I've reviewed far too MANY NEGATIVE ratings, and most of the NEGATIVE RATINGS are related to discrimination (catering and prioritizing Hispanic customers) and EXCESSIVE WAIT TIMES even with an appointment is absolutely unacceptable!!! I considered opening up a Business account with Bank of America. However I will be contacting Bank of America Corporate office to address the negative feedback concerning this branch. And I suggest that all customers that had a negative and unprofessional experience with this branch file a formal complaint against the branch manager. Because without your business,there would be NO BANK of America! I'm seriously discussted at these reviews!!! There is absolutely NO APOLOGY ACCEPTABLE for this unprofessionalism and conduct! Period.

    We had an appointment, we arrived 5 minutes early. but for 20 minutes no one approached us. Then 3 desk managers came up and asked the same question and again disappeared for 15 minutes. the Hispanic speaking girl at the counter skipped the line for all the Hispanics. we waited 40 minutes and left. terrible service

    I wish I could give this location a 0 stars. I have literally been waiting to be serviced for the 40 mins. There’s only 2 tellers - granted people don’t want to work nowadays so they possibly can’t keep employees. You have to wait outside in a line then go inside to another line. OMG!!! I asked the guard outside what’s the purpose for the double wait and he said I don’t know it’s been like this since last year. This is the most sickening location. Never ever will I come back here. Not efficient at all. Tellers don’t acknowledge waiting customers. At least say. “Someone will be right with you.” There’s more people on the floor helping customers than behind the counter. Something’s gotta to be done about this. Just look at all the reviews.

    Bad customer service. They very slow. And you will wait at least 40mins for anything you have to do. It don’t matter what day or time it’s very bad here. This service make you want to close your account here. You can never get in and out smh

    Monday 2PM, business lines closed. Sugarloaf location removed ATM that can give you smaller bills(5 or 1 $ bill) No teller service. As business owner I don’t think I should wait in line for 30min to get change. Definitely looking to switch where we bank at. And nobody cares about generic PR response.

    I am disappointed. Today I went with my son to deposit no more of usd 20 in quarters and some coins. It was impossible.The cashier with a empty smile said "Do you have rolls? we just receive coins in rolls". Broken my heart that he filled his piggy, saving day to day, having the illusion of deposit those in his saving account for school. The worse part was hear my son asking me "why she don't like our money?" I saw the face of my son... He was sad... I cried, I don't know if because of anger or pain but I couldn't stop crying. I can not delete the face of my son of my mind. I am shame of Bank of America and the people that work there!

    We had appointment time for 12 pm and we came 11:55 but now 12:15 and we still waiting for someone to accept us! A many employees are idle! Bad service! I’m gonna change bank!!!! Right now already 12:25 and they say us to wait 15-20 minutes!!!!! they skip the line for spanish speakers and we keep waiting, terrible service!!!!

    Line is out of the door with only two tellers working.. Horrible service. Where is the customer service. Bank of America you have to do better for your customers.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. This Bank is corrupt and uses 3rd party companies to hold your money. They cite "policy" that isn't true or half baked. I've read the terms of service and they do NOT follow it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    This location is filthy the floors are not clean the parking lot is dirty there are only three employees working the desk. And as if that wasn't bad enough both of us whom are musicians know you have regular time double time and 1/8 time they are working in 1/8 time they are walking very slowly doing everything very slowly. I do not know why anybody would ever want to bank with Bank of America # terrible service
