My name is Carla. I went to First American Title Lending when I needed help paying my rent. The process was quick and easy but that's not why I'm writing this review. Throughout the course of my payments I've been pretty good with making them on time until I lost my job and then broke my foot. Valerie (associate) and Chris (Manager) has been so extremely patient and kind to me as well as understanding to my hardship and gave me the time I needed to get my payment in, this is the one company that I don't have to worry about harassing me and putting more pressure on me than I already have. This is a company that actually cares about the people they service and you don't see that much anymore. Thank you so much First American Title Lending for making my experience with you so pleasingly memorable, I'd recommend them to anyone that's in a tight bind because they treat you like humans.
