Hello, I really need to acknowledge Ms. Audrey. She is extremely amazing. Ms. Audrey is very polite, very eager to help me with the online account setup for my payments. Not once did she show that she was in a rush to help me. Ms. Audrey is very savvy with the sign ons and helping me with my issues. I can't thank Ms. Audrey enough for her expertise and the smiles when she talks. Ms Audrey is the greatest!!!

Been doing business with 1st Franklin and this branch in particular for 5+ years. Branch Manager Vickie is always helpful and willing to work with me when things are tight. Today was no exception. Ms.Jessica worked up some options that would best fit my needs and was able to turn my 2 loans into 1 with a slightly lower payment and was even able to get me some cash. Thank you Ms. Jessica and 1st Franklin for always being there to help with my financial needs.

Before applying I was a little hesitant with the process but Jessica G with 1st Franklin Financial was awesome. She was very helpful and thorough with the process. Definitely will be returning if needed. Thank you again Jessica !!!! -Jeffery B

Worse experience. I had a loan that ended up in garnishment. It was garnished once and I paid the rest of the balance in full on a Wednesday right after the garnishment. I got paid the next week on a friday and I still had my wages garnished. I call there and the first lady was helpful and nice but then I talked with their legal department and they said that they just sent the notification that I was paid in full and to stop the garnishment the day before I got paid which resulted in the garnishment. I called the office back and talked to a manager and she was way unprofessional, she was cutting me off while I was talking, and very combative when I only wanted to get understand what was going on. After about 4 days of back and forward I am still waiting on my refund. I don't recommend
