    One of the rudest branches I've been to in a long time. Was 'greeted' by a young man. I told him I needed to cash a check. His response was 'do you even bank here?' On top of this, he told me to use an automated teller instead of himself or the other young woman at her desk. Both of which werent doing anything. I was the only one in the building. Will not be back to this location.

    I am so over Ascend. I have had nothing but issues since working with them. Mind you, some of the instore staff is super friendly but I have had to get 3 new cards in less than a year unwillingly because you guys changed security whatever and send one to my house that I never get. I spent my own money today to get to the bank to get a new card made so you could cancel the one I had and upon getting my card, it turns out, it doesn’t work. Upon calling and waiting on the phone for 30 minutes at noon on Saturday knowing that if I don’t get this fixed before you all close, I have to go a whole weekend without having access to my money, you all told me there isn’t anything you could do from your end to fix my card. I’m an absolutely annoyed, irritated and pissed because I’ve never worked with such a terrible and unprofessional bank a day in my life. I left my USAA account because I needed a local bank to deposit my cash but it looks like I need to find a new bank because this is ridiculous. Thank you for denying me access to my money. I’ll be withdrawing everything I have with you and switching banks first thing Monday.

    Leave out a lot of fine print when asking questions. Got charged 3% fee in loan payoff. Person helping me had to make 4 phone calls to learn how to do procedures. Complete lack of professionalism.

    Compared to other branches, this one is awful. Employees in the branch are rude and condescending to their customers. Go to another branch or bank.

    This was such a great branch - everyone was so welcoming, followed all covid-19 CDC guidelines, and were happy to welcome us as new members. Terrie took the time to thoroughly explain the process, answer any questions we had, and then offer support even after we left. Our conversation was great, Terrie was incredibly personable and we connected with her easily. We will be visiting this branch whenever we have questions or just want to pop in!

    I was very pleased with my experience, at Ascend! All of the Associates were extremely professional, friendly and beyond helpful. My only complaint is: the Parking Lot is not big enough, to share with another establishment!

    They charge a 10$ service fee whenever you have to make a payment on anything. Website looks like it was made 10 years ago and there's no autopay. Lots of other places to bank that are a lot better.

    I'm not an old person or a luddite, but these PASSport teller terminals that can only perform half the services of a human teller are straight-up idiotic and uncomfortable to use.
