Bright and well lit location for ATM transactions after regular business hours although it's like stepping into a homeless persons bedroom after 7pm because there's one or more homeless person sleeping in there nightly. . If my review helped, give it a thumbs up 🤗

The staff is excellent and very efficient. I love this bank. If I could give more then five stars I would, this is one establishment that truly deserves it. Thank you all for your excellent service.

They never believe it’s me when I take large amounts out . Even with my ID and social. They are rude. Long waits. They speak about you in rude tones in hearing distance. I come here every month because this is a closest to me SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT CHANGING BANKS.

I understand during the crisis of covid your bank was clised, however I am an essential worker and I work Monday thru friday. There is no way for me to do my banking at your facility fordham road during your office hours until 1pm. At least you could open on Saturdays for us. Makes me rethink of where my money should go.

Every visit here has been a positive experience for me. The staff is professional and personable as well as knowledgeable. The management is accommodating and thorough.

I have no complaints about this branch. The staff is friendly and efficient. There's never been a line of more than a couple people when I have been in there. In comparison to Chase or Citibank, Apple is way better.

I called just a few minutes ago and I ask to know how much I have in my account and she said Spanish and I said I don’t speak Spanish so she Hong up. She did not give me name but I’ve never had someone do that to me while I’ve been a customer to this bank. They need better employees. I called back and nobody want to answer their phone.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the customer service. I called regarding the necessary steps to open an account and what documents I needed and I was told by “Julissa” that they’re too busy to talk on the phone and I must come in. Why would I come in to a place that is too busy to explain what’s needed to do business before hand ? When I expressed my concerns she “put me on hold” and the call “dropped” when I called back she recognized my voice and asked me “what’s your question” I asked her name and when she told me I hung up and Apple bank has one less Customer.

Great little bank! Every time I come to this branch I am greeted and treated with respect. Questions are always completely answered. Tellers are friendly, not indifferent. Best banking choice I ever made.

I love the management (Ms. Rivera) and the entire staff at Fordham Road. Very courteous and professional staff.
