Amscot - The Money Superstore Vineland Rd, Kissimmee

To whoever that finds this helpful… I was in yesterday to cash a check and Elisa was the person who attended me. Let me just say this, I have never been to an establishment and have been treated the way I was treated by Elisa. She was very rude and unprofessional. There was a problem with cashing my check and instead of finding a solution, she shut me out and tried to send me on my way. This is not how someone should be treated and this was not just to me but for other customers that were there. I will NOT be using Amscot services again. Elisa needs reevaluated and re trained. Or maybe even FIRED.

They forgot to give me my change and I have to come back in to claimed .This amscot is located near my place that's the only good thing about it and that's why the 1 🌟 and because Google don't allow me to do 0 . I use amscot to pay some of my bills and child support for the past 3 years. I also buy money orders for a over 2 years but I have enough of the poor costumer service and long waiting for simple task operations and yes they will make you feel like they doing you a favor instead of treated you like a costumer . Do your self a favor and do online payment for your bills and others. Next blockbuster here a dinosaur about to be extinct. Ciao anscot

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. Carrisea looks like she hates working there and doesn’t want to talk with the “costumers”, at some point I said “I don’t understand that point, can you please explain me again?” And she put her hand on her face (looking upset) and said “I don’t understand either” the other worker stepped in the situation trying to explain me not in a nicely manner as well. I would never come back to this amscot again.

The women working today around 2:00 pm maybe she was a manager, was absolutely unprofessional! Very rude, no customer service was given today at this establishment. Many reasons why you have terrible reviews. Will never return after being a loyal returning customer.

We are French and we needed help to activate our Sun pass and to credit it.The agent Was very Nice with us.Thanks for her help and explications.

I don’t know who she is (a manager?) but every time I come here she gives me attitude. It just makes for an unpleasant experience and I wish she could take some customer service classes.

They offer notary services but not all the services a notary is supposed to provide. They are clueless

Horrible customer service! I was trying to just send money to my people on Mexico and the do a lot of questions. It’s fine the question I understand the policy but do it with actitud and also declaim you request with an smile in there face. To be honest I was a pretty awful experience I’m not playing coming back. I went to the western union on publix and they send my money in just 5 minutes. The problem it’s mascot, not wester union.

horrible customer service, over 15mins to send western union, should have more cashiers, no consern from employees about my needs and time waiting in the window for them to help me, won't recommend!!
