Amscot - The Money Superstore S John Young Pkwy, Orlando

Absolute terrible service! I came in at around 9:00pm today for quick services to not be greeted by Bernadette and her co worker (short Spanish guy glasses). Not only was I not greeted, there was only two other people in there and I waited over 10 minutes! Bernadette even took a phone call before greeting me or even asking what services did I need. After expressing that I’ve been waiting for a long time and it’s not even busy in here, they still proceeding to not assist. I came in with a smile on my face just to get the cold shoulder by two employees. By far the worst customer service I’ve received from amscot. I ended up leaving without being serviced.

I don’t usually leave reviews, however I feel like I have to. I passed by to do a transaction, the young lady by the name of Esther was very pleasant and kind. I was very impressed, friendly welcome and understanding of my situation. Really enjoyed our interaction.

Time and date is 8:30 AM July 28th 2020. The manager was rude and inpatient. I noticed several people were in and out she was only nice and patient with certain people.and some not. When finished with my transaction the manager didn't even say thank you for choosing amscot. Didn't say anything and just walked away from window.

Best Amscot I’ve been to. Usually I go and pay my bills but I haven’t found a location that I like until now. Went on a Friday it was very busy but I was in and out. Elisa was fast and friendly.

Employee named Emerson, is very rude and unprofessional. He needs to improve face to face customer support and speak to others respectfully.

Usually when I come here the Haitian girl is very pleasant and efficient. Even if there is someone ahead of me, she make sure to at acknowledge me. The girl today was not only slow. I waited 10 minutes. No knowledge, no eye contact. I was pretty much invisible. There was also another lady in the back who saw me standing there the entire time with no acknowledge and didn't even bother to try an assist. I wouldn't mind the wait, but the lack of acknowledgment is terrible customer service.

Hi I want to say that Gary has earned the respect of his community and amscot. This young man has passion for his customers is just another added bonus. There is great change at this particular location and I advise you all to check out the amscot and it's friendly customers service employees ( well 8/10) that where their name tags... just come around and say hi to get your needs met!

Usually I don't have a problem but today I went in the lady was too busy trying to talk to her coworkers and will not assist me with my child support payment. She made it seem like it was so difficult I went in there with you all the information the last person who took the payment for me in the Amscot was so very helpful and made things so easy I was in and out within 5 minutes this lady made it a torturous Duty and then shove my papers and said have to good day... there was only two people in the store me and somebody else no reason for her to act that way with me. I speak English very well and I had all the information pertinent so that she could complete the transaction. Unfortunately she just felt it was not something in the Realms of her capabilities. Since she was working there I was under the impression it was but I guess again sometimes things don't surprise me...

The nice young lady Genesis was amazing! Such great customer service! That's exactly how people should be treated! Thank you!

Yasmin was very unprofessional and rude...you would think she owned the place with her attitude. If you want to be treated like a human being DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!!
