Amscot - The Money Superstore E Vine St, Kissimmee

If you ever visit the Amscot stay clear of the tall skinny woman with glasses! She is very rude and does not care for the way she speaks to customers. She is very condescending. There is also a short woman with tattoos on her hands that can sometimes be rude as well as a dark skinned Spanish woman that wears a white shirt. Never had an issue with anyone else but those three. If you see them working better to find another Amscot.

They had their open sign lit up and doors unlocked. I got out of my car to go in to pay my balance and they locked the door and said they were closed.

One of the worst amscots i i have ever been too! I always cash my checks with amscot. I decided to go to this specific location today because i was grocery shopping and it was on my way home. (Davenport). The young lady that took care of me was horrible, uneducated and rude. I didnt even get to get her name because of how mad i was . she didnt want to cash my check and said she had to verify it, i originally went to chase because it was also in the area and my job checks are from chase bank, i thought they wouldnt charge me a fee but the fee was 8 dollars, so i told her to give me the check back and she wrote "cancel endorsement" with a chase stamp and everything. She told me sorry and the check would be ok to cash at my normal location. (Amscot). So the lady at amscot told me she cant do anything for me and ill have to pay the 8 dollars at chase, but i ALWAYYSS cash my check with amscot because thwir fee is less and more convenient for me. Bottom line, i will be opening an account at Chase because this expierence made me not want to deal with amscot no longer. 😠

Visit amscot because a need send money...but Bad services waiting 40 minutes send 6money.....ufff bad.... bad......👎👎👎👎👎

They only have 2 staff members working in the evenings when it's the busiest time. People are waiting for more than 15 minutes just for a rep to take care of them. Poor customer service!!!

I went in last night to fax some papers. As soon as I walked in, the air freshener was so strong that I immediately started to have an asthma attack. I told the manager that I was asmatic and the smell in the store was so strong that my lungs were become very tight and that I felt that it was not fair to me (or to people like me that have breathing conditions) he looked at me as of I was crazy and said "I don't smell anything"... I had to go to my car and grad my breathing inhaler and I went back into the store and I used my inhaler. I then payed for the service, but then the girl by the name of Ashley had me waiting for another 5 minutes because she said she needed for her manager to open the register. Mean while I'm struggling to breath and I told her that I needed my change and I needed to get our of the store because I couldn't breath with the such a strong smell of air freshener. She was giggling and just kept saying that I needed to wait for my change until the manager would open the register. The same manager that I told from the beginning that I was having trouble breathing due to the strong smell. I ended up in the Emergency room with an ASTHMA ATTACK!!!!! This is no way to treat anyone..

No acknowledgment. Short chubby spanish girl was processing a loan conversating taking her sweet time kept coughing over and over using no sanitizer and there was only three other people in the store. Turkey neck lady was just in the back acting like she wasn't there. Bad customer service as usual just like most of the locations.

Amscot is very useful to me when it comes to borrow money. The staff is awesome, they explained to you all the rules when it comes for a quick pay day loan. I am regular here, so they know me by face. Be sure to borrow what you can pay back. You pay about $10 for each $100 you borrow from them. If you can't pay back o time, be sure to call in advance to let them know, so they can have you sign new paper work.

Best staff in the world! They're always helpful & try to help everyone. Yes, it's service is a little slow but they are polite and always packed so it's unavoidable. Always go back ( :
