American Momentum Bank Momentum Blvd, College Station

This bank staff is extremely disorganized. They lose important documents like bank deferment forms, that cause damage to your credit score. They lost added signed documents for a personal checking account. You can’t use your own pin # for your debit card. They issue you a number. If you loose the number then it becomes this huge ordeal to authenticate you because they’re so lazy at filing that your information isn’t updated. They’re condescending and rude. They literally stalk you on a uncomfortable personal level and it’s extremely unnerving. They’re behind on a Technological level, they’re app and website are so outdated. You can’t access your mortgage online they also don’t send you mortgage statements. They Do send you a small 4”X8” slip that you have to send back to them with you own stamp. This slip doesn’t give you any details about what you’ve paid, what changes are done. They expect you to keep up with everything, meanwhile they are allowed to slack off. I’m so done with this bank!

I love the ladies in the drive through satellite building. I use this drive thru all the time, and they always are cheerful and smiling.

What an “interesting” and imposing building. I can’t say anything about the bank as a service, but the building is noticeable as the only building over two stories (it’s about ten) for miles and miles.

The lady in the drive through are very sweet and friendly 😊.

Managers were very rude to plumber worker. Treated him like a peasant. He was just trying to do his job.

An excellent bank, focused on customer service and on giving back to the community.
