    I sure appreciate the quick lane service crew—Tim & Scott! They will greet you with a warm smile and help you understand what will be happening to your vehicle. My vehicle has been serviced as promised, quickly and always left as clean as when I dropped it off. My previous service dealership was a disappointment but when I purchased a new Ford, I decided to give them a try. They have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion.

    This was our second purchase from College Station Ford. Both transactions have been easy and smooth. This one was extra special as it was a custom Bronco order directly from Ford Motor that was nearly a year of waiting. Robert was great to work with during the ordering process and making changes during the wait. Kevin did a fantastic job closing the sale and they held their word and did not take advantage of the high demand, low supply situation. We will be back for our next vehicle purchase.

    I traveled 180 miles to College Station Ford because they had a vehicle I had trouble finding elsewhere. From my initial call, follow-up calls, time in the store, and wrapping up the purchase of my vehicle, all staff were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were in a time crunch and they all worked hard to get us out quickly. Overall, a fantastic experience.

    Everyone was very nice and polite. I was able to get an appointment to get my oil changed on the day and time I needed. I sat and waited and they had it done within 45 minutes. Sounds like a long time, but it was a 20,000 mile checkup and included rotating the tires. Great job!

    Customer service was excellent! The only suggestion I would have was to let people know right when they walk in the door where they need to go. There is a big large open window with a woman sitting at a desk and a line of people sitting at a long desk. And I wasn’t sure where I should go. Maybe some signage. All the people at the long desks were extremely busy, so I didn’t wanna interrupt them to ask. I believe when my window was repaired it got scratched But, there is no way for me to tell if that’s how it happened. I just know that I didn’t notice it until I got the car back that it had some scratches on it. And since it was the window that was getting repaired I assume that’s how it happened

    I stopped by to make an appointment and they got me right in, while I was there. Within and hour, I was leaving with my oil change, tire rotation, and two new batteries in my diesel truck. Tim and the crew are awesome. I highly recommend them.

    I filled out an online trade in and once the store called me and told me to come in to give me better numbers they low ball me by 10k. Not to mention I drove from Houston three hours. This staff will have you come in and sit for one hour so they can have one of there sister stores come in and appraise your vehicle not to mention they wont even ask you if you care for a water. I don’t recommend wasting your time at collage station ford !

    I delt with Kevin and Jacob and found both of them to be very helpful and anxious to make me satisfied with my purchase and financing. I was unsure of the extended warranty that I purchased but Jacob's willingness to do whatever I wanted helped to put my mind at ease.     We had a flat tire and couldn’t get it off, so we came to the College Station Ford House. It was the best service ever!! They had it off and changed in minutes. Didn't charge us a dime and they were so helpful and happy! Thank you for a great experience!

    I had some work done on my sunroof at College Station Ford. I was driving the truck about a month after the maintenance when the top cover on the drivers assist handle fell off. I called my service manager and asked him if they could replace the part. Got a call back in a few minutes saying the part was ordered. Thanks Joe C.! He's the best service manager at CS Ford. Don't ask for him, I don't like to share.

    Great customer service, however truck was still leaking diesel after having both pumps replaced and started smoking even full cabin with smoke had to bring back ASAP after driving 3 miles down the road and still losing diesel quickly. They are trying to make it right. Just upset shouldn’t have had to come back, probably left a hose lose? Update…. They did make things right at the end. Will continue to still use there services.

    Highly recommend the awesome service department! Cindy was so helpful when we called in from the road as our F550 motorhome had an issue while we were hauling horses. She told us to come in and get checked out and she and Kenny had us fixed up and out the door in under 30 minutes. I was shocked and surprised and sooooo grateful. THANK YOU!!

    I originally brought my car in for an odd issue with what seemed to be coolant leaking into my cabin and causing my windows to be covered in an oily substance within 24 hours, making it very hard to see. After some research I found it was most likely my heater core. I took it to Ford, Joe was my service writer, to get this issue resolved and they replaced my heater core in about 2 weeks. After that the issue persisted, they had me change my radiator and water pump because they did not know what was going on. They had my car at their shop for weeks. Turns out, neither the radiator nor the water pump needed to be replaced. They didn’t not install the heater core properly the first time and that’s why the issue persisted. I was not even offered an apology let alone a refund on having to pay parts and labor on two parts I didn’t need. To top everything off, I always had to be the one to initiate the conversation about my car. I received no updates on it unless I called myself. I’ve used Ford for my car for about 7 years and I will never be taking it back there. I could go on and on about this terrible experience. In short, Ford’s own failures cost me extra time and extra money and they did nothing to make it right. I will be telling people to avoid them like the plague.

    Had my truck brought in for alignment and starter- everything got done perfectly and they were very fast. Dropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon and got it back Friday afternoon. Only thing I would suggest is to call customers back instead of texting through the computer app. Was frustrating calling and leaving a phone number to be called back on and they would only text me

    We went this past Saturday to purchase a two door jeep Wrangler with our daughter. We told the salesman specifically that we didn't want any add ONS. He wrote on a piece of paper the purchase price plus tax title and license. Then a word, Apex. When we get to finance, we were offered gap, and other insurances to we said no to. We could already tell that the finance guy was getting frustrated. As the finance guy prints out the sales sheet it has apex and another fee for the windshield. Apex is a sort of gps system that they sell you and claim they can't remove it. The windshield was explained that it was a special coating they put on the windshield to make it harder to crack. Both had a fee of about $800 each. We said no we didn't want any of that. We said the salesman didn't explain those add ONS to us. To which the finance guy said well he should of explained it and now we are here. I have a friend that does windshields and he said he can get a new windshield for $80. The finance guy said he couldn't remove those add ons and that's when we said then we don't want the vehicle. As we are leaving, he is already on the phone with someone. Me and my daughter had our hats on and as we are leaving, someone from the back desk, instead of trying to make a deal or assist, tells us to return the hats that were given to us. We could of changed our minds and come back later or someone higher could of reached out and tried to make the sale. Instead they were more concerned about two hats. We went to another dealership that same day and purchased a two door jeep Wrangler for our daughter. My wife is also looking to purchase one but a four door in three months. I was looking to trade in my truck as well. So you could of had three sales. Plus when I get great customer service from anyone, I recommend them to friends and family. Those hats are not going to pay for all that remodeling y'all are doing to the dealership.

    We recently purchased 2 new vehicles with trade ins that were also purchased at this dealership. Very disappointed and angry to be told that we couldn’t refuse the GAP and warranty for one vehicle (we were going to purchase these from our lender to get discounted APR). They said we had to have these or they could refuse to sell. They also refused our pre-approval letter and ran out credit without our permission when we arrived to purchase the second vehicle. Also watch out because there are mandatory add on fees (paintless dent repair, windshield chip, and theft protection) that cannot be removed and are $2-3000 in cost. Ask questions and make them slow down on the financing step. Negotiate these prices down before signing!

I felt well-treated and my questions were answered respectfully and honestly. My only reservation is how the haggling went, but I suppose that comes with the territory.     I left my transit van at 9am and never got any status updates on the work. After 3 calls into service department and multiple transfers I got hanged up each time as I waited. An hour later I learned my van had been done for hours via a text message. I paid and picked up but the oil status and tire pressure are still wrong in the Ford Pass app. Not good service

    TJ one of their supervisors told me that i can comeby and see new and only ford maverick that they had at dealership that time and i specificly asked about if we can look interior and sit inside to make sure my family fits. when reached dealerahip, TJ chickened out and sent his suboordinate and told him not to let us see from inside. that was very insulting as my family was with me. never going to buy from this dealership. they lied on my face.

    This was a good experience. Kristen was the service writer for my vehicle brought in for recalls or problems that if you are experiencing them and know what to ask for, they can get replaced if appropriate for the location and complaint. She was very forthcoming with all of the information she had for me and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. Honesty goes a long way. Let’s face it Ford has the most comfortable truck on the market hands down. These service writers are dealing with all the other stuff we as diehard Ford owners know to be problems yet Ford doesn’t fix after decades of complaints-mine being the turning radius of a dead mule. Still experience was great. Just need Ford to step up to the plate and fix what needs to be fixed from the beginning.

    I had no idea why my car had decided to die on me nor why the exhaust seemed to smell like rotten eggs. We were able to jump start the car. The dealership knew right away and switched my service appointment to the quick lane. I had a bad battery. They did everything to help me get a new battery and on my way.     We received a Ford recall notice on our 2018 Ford Expedition and we immediately called College Station Ford who promptly scheduled us for an appointment. We arrived and the service personnel were friendly and courteous. While our Ford Expedition was being serviced we also requested to have our brakes checked and an annual registration inspection done. The work was completed promptly and we were very happy with the service.

    I was there to pick up my truck for service. I never have visited the service dept before. When I got there no one said hello or asked what I needed. I didn't know what to do when I got there. Finally, after 2 or 3 minutes this older guy asked me what I needed. I told him I was there to pick up my truck. He said get in this line and she can help you.

    Good clean dealership. They serviced my F-150 well. It did take them all day to do a service and recall work that should only have required a few hours. I dropped the truck off at 0750 for a 0800 appointment but it sat in the lot waiting to be worked on all morning. It was done by 5 pm but what is the point of making an appointment??

    This past oil change experience was terrible. I set up an appointment for my wife to get a service on her Ford explorer for 12 noon on January 26th. She arrived about 10 minutes early for the appointment and had both of our toddlers with her. They took the keys checked her in and she had to sit and wait almost 2 hours for them to complete the oil change while other people came and went after she had arrived. If we didn't have a service package I would never go there again and I certainly wont recommend the service to anyone else.

    Went in for a recall repair and regular service ( oil change Tire rotation). Should have taken 1/2 day, but no so. My appointment was 7:00 am and I did not receive any call to come pick up the truck. Instead I had to call at 4:00pm to ask if my vehicle was ready. The service representative said there had been some problem and my truck was not ready, in fact they had not gotten to my truck all day. It would be the next day before it would be ready. The next day I finally got a call at 3:00pm to pick up the vehicle. No explanation about what happen the day before or why it took 38 hours for a simple service and a electronic recall that was suppose to take less than 1/2=day to fix. This was my first experience with service at College Station Ford. Disappointed in the way this was handled. I picked my vehicle up with a simple apology but no explanation. Poor service.

    We bought our 3rd car from College Station Ford recently. Every time we've worked with a different salesperson and every experience has gone well. Last week we worked with John and things went seamlessly. It's an unfortunate time for the dealership industry and buyers but, nonetheless, John was very helpful and transparent. He was thorough during the purchase process and when explaining the vehicle's features and functions. I don't know anyone who enjoys purchasing a vehicle but John made the whole thing as comfortable and painless for us as possible. Jacob helped organize the financing and logistics of buying the vehicle. He was just as helpful as John. They were both personable, knowledgable and efficient. John has followed up since the purchase to ensure everything is well and that we are satisfied with the vehicle. When the need arises, we will do business with College Station Ford again. They are our first choice dealership. Side Note: We did look at other dealerships in and near CS but no one had a vehicle, on their lot, that beat CS Ford's options and prices. While dealerships can't cut too much of a deal these days, CS Ford worked with us better than any other place.

    We decided to move up to a full size SUV from out midsize and found that college station ford had what we wanted in stock at the time of looking. The salesman Eric Hill had the keys ready for the one we wanted to look at when we arrived and took a copy of my drivers license and off for the test drive we went. Test drive went well then decided on color which ended up going with the test drove vehicle. Finance and trade went smoothly in and out quickly. Highly recommend Eric and this dealership for any of your ford needs.

    I had a laundry list of repairs for my truck. College Station Ford knew it would take a while to diagnose them all so they provided me a loaner vehicle for those few days. They diagnosed and fixed the water leaks as well as other things and ordered parts for the rest, then gave me the truck back. A week later the parts were in and they finished everything up. Jerry called me to ask if I wanted it cleaned because it was so filthy and they wanted it to look good since it had new carpet (part of the leak repair). WOW! When I picked it up it was spotless! Inside and out! Everything fixed. Everything. They even pressure washed the rubber floor mats. Simply put, these guys really do want to do a good job!

    I had a perfect experience from start to finish with the great folks at College Station Ford. I ordered my truck February 24 with no guarantee that it would be delivered in less than six months due to the state of manufacturing of chips and the supposed health crisis throughout the world.     Brought our F150 in at appointment time to correct recall item. Ask Jon Green how long it would take. He said about 1-hour. One-hour later left with our truck. Excellent service in that service was completed on time. An unusual occurance with some other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. 01/18/2022: Problem with Back Up Warning alerting when nothing is behind truck. Turned in to Jon Green who discovered the Backup camera not working as well. It worked when I left the house, but had failed to work once before several weeks ago. Both problems corrected and truck returned 01/21/2022. Two backup sensors and camera replaced for price Jon had quoted me over phone. Everything is working now.

    They took 4 days just to tell me what was wrong. Once they repaired it they found something else wrong. I requested an estimate and had another mechanic look at it. The other mechanic could do it for 1/3 of Ford's price. They wanted to charge me $1075 for something this other mechanic would charge $300 for. The lady at desk was very nice Cindy. The things she told me mechanic said just didn't make sense. She said it would take 8 hrs of labor because they needed to drop my engine to get to the part. This other mechanic said not true. So Ford just over pricing and take forever!!! They had my car for over 2 weeks. The workers are nice it's just the prices and time that are unfair.

    If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I own a traveling museum that travels throughout the state. We have a very tight schedule between stops. One missed show could cost my company a large sum of money. Two days ago our truck started having issues. College Station Ford was the closest dealer we could find. I told them about my issue and asked if they could get us fixed and back on the road by 3:00 pm. Their technician worked nonstop from 7:30 am until 2:45 pm to insure we could be back on the road and not have to cancel a show. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the service person who scheduled my service, insured it was a priority, and then the tech who did the work. Bravo!!!!

    All I wanted was an engine oil change, transmission oil change, a hood latch replace, and the AC checked out for my F150. This took 2 weeks and cost nearly $600. Plus, a semi-infinite number of phone calls to find out what was going on (when the truck would be ready, etc.). This dealer seems totally disorganized and mainly focused on extracting the most number of dollars from your wallet for the least amount of service.

    My experience with CS Ford over the last year has been very mediocre to poor. Poor call routing and 15 minute holds to get to the wrong person, unreturned phone calls and lost service appts made online. This past visit was for a simple service and a recall for computer reprogram. I made an appt in advance, had the truck there at 6:45 am and it still took a day and a half. Wasn’t informed until 5:30 pm on day one that it wouldn’t be ready at 6 as promised. Then to top it off, after asking in advance to make sure the included tire rotation was done, and asking at pickup if it was (I was told yes), I discovered they had not been rotated. I would like to be contacted about how the dealer will get the tire rotation done without further inconvenience to me.

    Routine oil change with checkpoints?! Ha! Had tires rotated but the pressure WAS NOT checked . My back tires, that were rotated to the front, still had 40 pounds of pressure and my front tires, that were rotated to the back had 31. I was told I had a complimentary wash. Not!     I brought my daughter's Ford Focus in for a recall (transmission control module) as the car was definitely having some shifting issues. After no fewer than 4 conversations over a 3 day period where Jon repeatedly tried to upsell me on several unrelated 'repairs' the car simply didn't need, I was informed that the recall wouldn't be performed, not because all of the correct symptoms were present and able to be replicated, but because a code wasn't thrown... He stated they would 'put the car back together' (???) and it would be ready for pickup the following day. I arrived the next morning and watched as a tech drove my car around front with the hood unlatched... when he slammed the driver door, the right rear passenger door opened. Why they felt the need to be in the back seat is still a mystery to me but whoever was joyriding in my car left a nice pile of dirt and dried mud in the back seat floorboards. Along with the hood being left open, they neglected to reinstall the plastic shield that covers the underside of the engine so now the bumper cover ends flap and make noise as I drive down the highway. I assume the bumper cover was removed as well as instead of the correct clips to attach the cover to the fenders, someone has replaced with a zip tie and a sheet metal screw. I don't even know who to complain to since the guy who tried to mansplain the unnecessary repairs to me would simply take it to the same tech who trashed the car in the first place... Never again College Station Ford

    Went to buy my lease car and they wanted to charge me $1000 to process paperwork. The more I think about this the more irritates me. They stated since I didn’t lease from them they wanted to make money off the transaction. At first I understood, however I feel this is steep. I would expect a respectable run dealership to do this outta good customer service. This doesn’t cost them a dime. They would have one a customer over. I just moved to the area and would have definitely bought a car from them in the future. I have another lease up in two years and was interested in a Bronco or the mustang Mach E. After dealing with Planet Ford in Sprinb and now this dealership I will NOT give them business. I will steer everybody away as well. Every Ford dealership is shady that I’ve worked with. I wish Sewell would run something out of College Station. The bad reputation that used car salesman have, well this place is it!

We have to pay overnights for both the payoff on the lease as well as any issues with the title or plates. There is more, but the point has been made enough.     If you want an absolute zero hassle experience, CS Ford is the place. I showed up w my son to look at the car. They promptly gave me a bottom line price (with details of charges). They also promptly showed me what they could do for me in the way of financing. A week later when I showed up to buy the car, I again had a great experience. The price was still the price. They got me through financing and out the door in about 90 minutes. On financing, the gentleman showed me some collateral that clearly outlined what they were selling and the associated prices. No pressure. I have bought several cars over the last few years and this was walking away the best experience I have had. I actually drove off the lot with a smile!

    This was a good experience. Kristen was the service writer for my vehicle brought in for recalls or problems that if you are experiencing them and know what to ask for, they can get replaced if appropriate for the location and complaint. She was very forthcoming with all of the information she had for me and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. Honesty goes a long way. Let’s face it Ford has the most comfortable truck on the market hands down. These service writers are dealing with all the other stuff we as diehard Ford owners know to be problems yet Ford doesn’t fix after decades of complaints-mine being the turning radius of a dead mule. Still experience was great. Just need Ford to step up to the plate and fix what needs to be fixed from the beginning.

    I had no idea why my car had decided to die on me nor why the exhaust seemed to smell like rotten eggs. We were able to jump start the car. In fact, two other people were interested in it BUT Michelle held off and saved it for me until I could travel to college Station a couple days later and make the purchase.     We had a recall of the rear camera on our Explorer done in November in which the camera was replaced . We discovered that the lines which guide you into a parking place were not on the screen when backing. College Station Ford told us to bring it back when we could and it would have to be reprogrammed. We called days ahead and scheduled for 8:35 am. We were told it would take an hour. We dropped it off at 8:30 and waited in town for a call that it was ready because we live out of town. After two hours I went to the dealership and was told they would call when ready. We went home and got a call shortly after 2 pm to pick it up which we did. This visit was necessitated because of an error by the dealership. Such a visit should be given top priority, but instead we wasted nearly 3 hours waiting and making trips tp the dealership. Further, as I walked to my vehicle after leaving the car, I walked beside an empty parking place for "Customer Vehicles" and just as I was about to step into this empty slot, a vehicle was backed into the slot at very fast backing speed. I stepped out of the way just in time. The backed vehicle was driven by a uniformed service person from the Dealership. There was no regard for my safety in the backed vehicle. I avoid this Dealership any time I can.

    So, I take my truck in for a battery light issue and an oil change. 3 days later Its not fixed. Cannot duplicate the issue AND no oil change. Plus, waited 45 mins for the shuttle, no show and had to walk. When you call you are on hold forever. So, I leave with my unfixed truck. Drive towards home, 8 hrs away...light comes back on...truck breaks down and had to tow it. Thanks for costing me more time and money. I will not be back!!!😡😡😡😡

    They promised to mail the second key for the truck and a paint pen to cover a small scratch, but the package was "lost" in the mail. They did not replace the lost package, so if I want the second key for my truck, I have the buy the almost $400 key myself. Most people and businesses with common sense would have insured a package with such valuable contents. Also, I did not know and was not informed that the sunroof would need maintenance cleanings because leaves and dirt build up and cause water to leak into the truck! Sounds like a design flaw on Ford's end.

    I was alone and over 2 hours from home working when my truck broke down as soon as I got on the highway near the dealership. I drove into the service dept and told them I was basically stranded and the truck was in limp mode and unsafe to drive. They immediately took my truck in and found the problem and fixed it while I waited. They were so professional and kind.     We just completed our second purchase which was a 2022 F350 Dually and VERY pleased with the entire process. Victor was our Salesman for both purchases and we can't say enough about how much of a pleasure it was and how much fun we had!     Not impressed with the customer service associate I delt with at all. Upon my first visit he seemed aggrevated to have to deal with my issues. So much so he asked me to come back at a later time so someone else could look at my car. Later that afternoon after my second visit to the dealership he told me I would have a call from him later to let me know what they could do for me. It was 4 working days later when I finally heard from him. No accommodations could be made for my Lincoln service. I was told he didn’t have enough staff to pick up the vehicle and he didn’t have another Lincoln loaner while work was being done. My vehicle was not ready when promised and I had to call to find out when it would be complete making me have to make other arrangements for other obligations that afternoon. Disappointed all around

    I originally brought my car in for an odd issue with what seemed to be coolant leaking into my cabin and causing my windows to be covered in an oily substance within 24 hours, making it very hard to see. After some research I found it was most likely my heater core. I took it to Ford, Joe was my service writer, to get this issue resolved and they replaced my heater core in about 2 weeks. After that the issue persisted, they had me change my radiator and water pump because they did not know what was going on. They had my car at their shop for weeks. Turns out, neither the radiator nor the water pump needed to be replaced. They didn’t not install the heater core properly the first time and that’s why the issue persisted. I was not even offered an apology let alone a refund on having to pay parts and labor on two parts I didn’t need. To top everything off, I always had to be the one to initiate the conversation about my car. I received no updates on it unless I called myself. I’ve used Ford for my car for about 7 years and I will never be taking it back there. I could go on and on about this terrible experience. In short, Ford’s own failures cost me extra time and extra money and they did nothing to make it right. I will be telling people to avoid them like the plague.

    Great customer service, however truck was still leaking diesel after having both pumps replaced and started smoking even full cabin with smoke had to bring back ASAP after driving 3 miles down the road and still losing diesel quickly. They are trying to make it right. Just upset shouldn’t have had to come back, probably left a hose lose? Update…. They did make things right at the end. Will continue to still use there services.

    Not impressed with warranty service. I brought our 2021 F-150 in for four items to be addressed under warranty: Pro Trailer Backup malfunction, fog light and taillight both hold moisture, and windshield wipers. I schedule an appointment 3 days out at 8:00AM. During drop off I was informed they are busy and would need to keep it over night. I was told by my rep that the tail light was LED (it’s not, it’s incandescent) and this is why there is moisture-not enough heat to evaporate it. It wouldn’t qualify for warranty “unless it’s pooling water”. The front fog light was promised to be replaced because the moisture in it caused the daytime running light to flicker. The wiper blades didn’t qualify for warranty because I was 8 days past the warranty window. They processed a recall for software on the integrated trailer brake controller. The following day I requested to get a shuttle ride at 4:15PM, and arrived at the dealership at 5:55PM. I was then given my first update since the previous morning explaining that they were only able to do the software update, the fog light was on order. I went home, tested the Pro Trailer Back up and it’s still not working. All in all College Station Ford went 0 and 4 and demonstrated a lack of interest in a positive customer experience. This is my wife’s truck and she transports my 5 year old and 8 month old daily with this vehicle. I’m disappointed that their only interested in doing the bare minimum, especially in regards to safety features - the taillight has to completely fail before it “qualifies” and yet not a single new vehicle on the lot has a similar issue with its lights. I understand I missed the wiper warranty by 8 days, I guess I just have a different understanding of good customer service. College Station Ford refused to take ownership of anything in the situation. I’ve had a terrible experience here 5 years ago and I was hoping things had changed, it doesn’t appear so. The only thing keeping this review from one star is that my rep was very polite and smiled, it sounds like she’s just limited by “policy” and her service manager’s restrictions.

We aren't interested in the bare minimum, but the complete efforts of what it takes to make sure you're safe. We are restricted by the guidelines of the warranty companies. We do want to do all the work, but it's not good for business if we can't get paid on the work. That would eventually put us out of business and unable to care for the community.     These people have so much business they dont need yours. I called about a truck I saw online with no pics yet. Asked about some additional info. The guy Red said hed go look and call back. He didnt call back so I decided to drive the 1.5 hours over since its sounded good what I saw online. Well I got ahold of him again about 30 min prior to arriving. He said he sent pics, he didn't, just a pic of his business card. I got to dealership to be told he was busy...ok so I go to look at the lot, NO ONE ever offered help! After almost 30 minutes waiting I left. I called Santiago Rodriguez at Bird-kultgen Ford in Waco about a truck I had already looked at a couple days earlier and I would like to check it out again. They had it out front waiting when I pulled in. These guys made you feel like you and your business mattered and was appreciated. I didnt feel taken for granted. They were professional and I was well cared for by the people at Bird-kultgen ford dealership. Needless to say I did purchase the truck from Bird-kultgen in Waco. They earned my business and future business as well. Save yourself the headache and just drive to Waco and see Santiago. *updated response to owner* This is very valid review. My name is Shelly Hardin and call them in Waco to see if I purchased a blue f-150 and of coarse you don't have record, I never recieved an ounce of customer service from your dealership. All I can figure is I didnt look like I could afford it and noone bothered to help or maybe a woman doesnt come in to buy a truck on her own? Who knows?

    They held car for several days and came up with$2K in repairs and told me car was not worth repairing. We asked them to change fluids and they didn’t. We took to another mechanic and found out diagnosis was wrong and overpriced by 4x.

    My car is one year old and under warranty and I bought it from College Station Ford. I took it in because it would not go into park. It took them FOUR WEEKS to fix and they could not get me a loaner car. My service advisor never reached out to me to keep me updated, I always had to text to find out what was going on. So very dissatisfied with this dealership and I will NEVER buy a FORD again because of the treatment I received.

    I went to the dealership looking to buy a 2015-2018 Mustang in the next week or two and trade in my current 2010 Mustang v6. They had a car I liked (2018 Ecoboost Mustang) with the exception of the convertible top, and I was interested in the car. The man I was speaking with was friendly when my fiancé and I entered the building but quickly (unsure of his name) refused to let me test drive the car, even in the parking lot because "it will add too many miles to the car" and refused to give me trade in value for my current mustang. I can only assume he refused business with me because we are college students, but I suppose I will take my business to another dealership.

    The dealership had the car they advertised in good condition but when I got there they first tried to include $2,000 of dealership fees that I refused to pay. They acted surprised that I expected to pay the advertised price and only add government taxes/fees on top without a bunch of added fat to the bottom line. Eventually they agreed to sell it for the advertised price but then it took over an hour to get paperwork to sign even though I was paying cash with no financing. Overall, took longer than it should have for a simple transaction and they were using all the old car sales tricks to try and add in ridiculous fees for a shiny windshield or shiny paint and clean carpets. In the end I like the car but they were very difficult to deal with.

    Lucas was a great help in my repair. I have a high mileage F150 that needed some maintenance. What I needed help with were big ticket issues. From the first conversation with Lucas he paid close attention to my needs and gave good advise. Due to the age of the vehicle, the repair became a little more complicated than anticipated. Lucas was competent, and thorough, keeping close contact with me, giving good advise and helping me whenever and however he could. I now have my truck back and it is functioning great. This is not my first positive repair experience with College Station Ford. I live in Brenham, but will come here for all my Ford service needs. Thank you Lucas!!

    DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! Bring your truck / car to Bill Fick Ford in Huntsville TX if you want good & fast service. Worst dealership I have ever delt with. Truck sat in the lot for a week and they did nothing. They said it would take over six months to get parts, but then I brought my truck to Bill Fick and it was done in two days and dropped back off in my driveway.
