I have used Brenda Williams for two home mortgages now. She is extremely thorough and her reputation for quality work precedes her throughout the town. Just closed on our second mortgage today and even the title lawyer commented that there’s less paperwork at closing because Brenda gets a lot of them signed beforehand.
